My Name is Pratibha Srivastava. I have completed DDHN course in September'2021 from your VLCC center, but even after more than a year I have not received my course completion certificate. I have been following up with your staff at the center for more than a year, but I am not getting any positive response from anyone. Every time I visit or call at the center, it is always a new face to whom I have to explain everything from the beginning and what I get in return is just a fake promise that they will provide me the certificate as soon as possible. I am really frustrated and mentally harassed with this kind of conduct, that is why I am finally writing to you to look into this issue and please provide the necessary support to get me my course completion certificate.
