Institute representative not taking any interest in transfering course which is genuinely required as they have stated at time of admission.

my name is chander pal singh. I took my admission in jaipur c- scheme branch on 1st jan 2024 and also finance my fees with savein finanace solutions company amount of rs-70000. Till yet i dont take any classes.
Suddenly i lost my job and not able to pay my installments. When i contact to vlcc c - scheme branch for dropout and fees refund . They miss behave with me and said
fees refund nahi hogi, course karna hai...

My name is Soni kumari pursuing course of "Comprehensive program in nail artistry" in Vlcc Institute at the location of AG Complex, 4th floor, East boring canal road, near panchmukhi mandir, Patna. I had taken admission on the date of 30/08/2022 for the course of "Beginner program in nail artistry" and then started facing lots of issues as classes were not starting and after complaining again and again to "Sumitra ma'am", finally my class was started on 06/02/2023. After 20 days i took admission for "Comprehensive program in nail artistry". With lots of issues and wastage of time, finally classes started on 03/11/2033 but now after getting the class of only 6 days i.e. 9/11/2023 again my classes had been stopped.

I also got written note on the paper with Vlcc stamp on it that my classes will be continue from 03/11/023 to 13/11/2023 but this is actually not happening. Now this is the situation where i got really mentally harassed and i totally paid Rs. 47029 for the classes and what i am getting is that frustation and wastage of time in return. I am attaching all the details like receipt details and written note of Sumitra ma'am.

Please note that because of taking admission in "Comprehensive program of nail artistry", some topics of "Beginners program in nail artistry" had not completed like marble art and ombre art because i was being told by Manshi ma'am that these topics will covered in Comprehensive program. So actually the beginner program of nail artistry is also pending because of few topics that has been not completed.

I have a mail communication on the given id - "[protected]@vlccwellness.com" in the hope of help but as we spoke on the given number i.e. [protected] on 27 Nov, 2023, she said that she will confirm with Sumitra ma'am and will informed me later and till today she actually given me reply with that "the classes will be commenced from 1st week of December" only but she hasn't confirm the date as 1st week of December has already passing day by day.

The final conclusion is that i am still waiting for the classes and didn't get any confirmation of date and time.

Course - Comprehensive program in nail artistry

I am mahek Kalda, a student of vlcc institute aurangabad.I completed my course and everything is done. But I still cannnot get my certificate of because the people from my institute put my course name wrong and now they leave my messages on seen and don’t answer my calls. Unprofessional unethical and disappointing behaviour just giving different excuse each time.

While enquiring showing one syllabus after joined they teach another syllabus and blaming...

I have applied for a bridal makeup course in April month wherein classes was only weekly basis from which i attended only 4 to 5 days until i suffered from infection on both of my legs & not able to travel out for any kind of work on knowing this i informed my institute on immediate basis that i cannot continue due to this please refund my amount on which they agreed & said please mail us will do the needful which after so many months of followup is refunded & i was even not satisfied with the coaching & the trainer where no professionalism was followed nor the product used by them was good as my group & I found something fishy here seems like they make us use the expired one even after spending such a significant amount with such known brand didn't even allow me to use a model as they were expecting me to try that expired makeup on my own face & now i am feeling harrased by them as to make an extra source of income i was doing this course so i can support my family but here i am not even getting money to pay my medical expenses & i am totally helpless as they are ignoring me now stating i am busy with someone & just asking me to wait for that mail reply since then being infected this way where i cannot move out is making me more helpless & depressed.

For admission of my sister, i paid part payment of 15000 INR to the VLCC Dwarka institute, sector 7. Even not joined single class not even institute. When I told that I don't want admission due to institute manager poor response and pressurized for remaining payment. They are denying to return the payment of 15000 INR, which i given them.

Full of fraud they are doing. Only money seeker they are. Online the name of training, only seeking money and if we are not joining then they are not even returning the payment.

My sister JINU APRALO was studying basic course in beautician and was got over by in the month of march 2023 and still they are not providing certificate.. every time I call them or message they have different excuses and they have promised me to deliver a certificate within a week 3 to 4 times yet no results.. I don’t know what is taking so long for them even UPSC exam result takes shorter than this..this is very serious and dangerous issue because one can’t study ahead or do a job because of this delaying process and who is responsible for it???? I would say they are very much irresponsible, this is not a good institute for any other student they only focus on taking money not into someone’s career or life moreover they are not apologetic about it instead they were rude and not responding messages and calls

My name is prasheena, I am ex student of vlcc Cochin I Insitute. I did professional Diploma in Cosmetology course 2919 from VLCC institute. Now recently I applied for DHA (Dubai health authority) licence, but my DHA authority verified my Vlcc certificate, They find out VLCC institute not affiliated under government body. Two times I applied DHA verification for my VLCC institute certificate, But two times verification report come out VLCC institute not affiliated under government body. Three months I am try to connect with Vlcc term. But there tell me we are in under processing now, but till now still not affiliation, I spent too much money for that . But no use, pls consider my compliment for my future and Vlcc students future

Now I applied for DHA (Dubai health authority) licence, according DHA requirements i submit my Vlcc certificate for verification, data flow verified, But that they find out VLCC institute not affiliated with government body, they rejected my Vlcc certificate, now 3 months I waiting for affiliation for waiting for affiliation for Vlcc institute, my Insitute people they told me it's under processing, it will take 45 days, but still not yet done. When will get approved by under Government, pls help me. So much money I spent for my Vlcc course and DHA verification, pls slove my problem

I enrolled for Online Diploma in DIETETICS HEALTH & NUTRITION in June 2022. After a month only there was a disturbance in class schedule as in faculty left VLCC. Thereafter 6-7 new faculties joined and went-off in last 6 months.
Now Old faculty joined-in again and start taking classes. However I had spared past 6 months for this course, now I am occupied in other scheduled business activities.
I contacted Sonika Mathur from support team as well to request to refund because VLCC was unable to deliver timely course delivery. But she insisted to take class and complete the course with 6 month delay.
I request to not only refund course fee but also compensation of potential loss of earning as 6, 00, 000 which I could be earning by practicing dietetics after timely course completion.
VLCC also need to pay 2, 00, 000 of compensation of for the mental grievience caused by the not completing course on time.

My name is Bhavani Eswari and I am doing diploma in Cosmetology in BASIC level. Students studying at basic level are treated very bad and getting insulted infront of everyone.

I joined the weekend class in 2020, I attended the class on weekdays as I work from home and also for an institute batch adjustment. After the lockdown they forgot me saying that they would call me for hair class. So far 4 HR and 4 hair faculties have changed 4 times, Every time I introduced myself to everyone and told them that the class had not started. Now office has been started for me So, I request them to add my name in weekend batch list. They refused it and added it to the weekdays batch.

I request the receptionist for the permission to attend a full-time class on Saturday as I could not attend the class once a week, and she told me to ask for a hair faculty, and he also said yes.

The receptionist suddenly entered the classroom and insulted me in front of everyone by saying that it was time for advanced students. Then I informed
that I'm doing my practical only not listening the advance syllabus. Again he came to the facility and said that such a student should not be allowed inside and left angrily.

I am working as a women health volunteer in a government hospital. Also going to office, due to which I had requested or weekend classes. When he behaved like that, my interest was piqued and I was heartbroken.

I humbly request that the class be played on weekends for me and advice the facilities to treat the students gently with soft heated.

I took admission for Skin aesthetic course and semi permanent makeup on 27th August, with the assurance of class will take 45-50 day and will start from 2nd September but till 14th of December only 3 theory class has been taken from their end, and with all my call and text they replied faculty member is on leave, they are hospitalized, don't have facility members etc excuses

So on 14th of December I wrote and e-mail for the refund, before that i had a long conversation with Institute, now am not at Intrested in continuing the class from your Institute so please refund my all amount...

I am very sad to write this mail to you, even after much discussion about class’s irregularity and standers of teaching.
After 4 months of admission only 4 theory classes ( one is taken by the senior student) and still no confirmation about practical classes when it will happen.

Now I am so sorry to say, institute like VLCC don’t have sufficient faculty to teach, you are assigning your student as faculty to take the class, I haven't paid for that.

In that way I am sorry I can’t do the classes, as you know I have paid my fees from my mother’s saving and took loan and every month paying EMI on the bases of commitment and assurance given to me at the time off admission ( approx 45 days for total course completion).

Every day you are making false assurance, regular class got cancel (without any prior notice, due to having the exam in Institute, I got to know when I asked for the time confirmation at night the day before of class ), Institute don't have enough faculty and the way you are treating like which is really unacceptable for me.

Now I am not willing to continue the course any more, I feel like cheated.
Not Acceptable this kind of things from VLCC.
I like to clam my full refund on urgent bases.

This is not at all professional behaviour from your side

Atleast you should tell me how much time it would take, when it's time to take money you guys have taken it at the same day, but at the time of refund it's almost 50 days but not giving any conformation about my refund

Again I have to pay the EMI of ₹3334 on 2nd of February which will be the 5th EMI and at the time to admission have already paid 4 EMI as down payment, so it's 9 EMI payment

Worst experience from a well renowned Institute

Many calls and conversation on Phone but they are just saying we can't do anything. It will take time, for the refund process it 2-3 days time is enough but it's almost 50 days and still your team haven't refund my amount...
Please look into this matter as soon as possible

My Name is Pratibha Srivastava. I have completed DDHN course in September'2021 from your VLCC center, but even after more than a year I have not received my course completion certificate. I have been following up with your staff at the center for more than a year, but I am not getting any positive response from anyone. Every time I visit or call at the center, it is always a new face to whom I have to explain everything from the beginning and what I get in return is just a fake promise that they will provide me the certificate as soon as possible. I am really frustrated and mentally harassed with this kind of conduct, that is why I am finally writing to you to look into this issue and please provide the necessary support to get me my course completion certificate. I have paid $35, 943 to study the Hair Dressing course and join the course. First week no class taken. I could attend the class only for 3 to 4 days after class started. I couldn't attend the class due to My mother severely injured due to fire accident. I tried to get back my money from VLCC since its huge amount and situation is very critical. Institute refused to re-pay the payment after two direct walk-ins. I was very badly treated within that 7 business days when I were on the board. They were throw with strong words when I try to get back my money. Special Mention is No proper ID card, Invoice and Study materials also not given. There was indirect mental harassment happened while studying and my reason is very strong to unable continue my courses, So I want to get back my money legally.

In logo ne mujhe fasaya h meri family ko jhoothi baate bol k admission k liye ready kiya ki aap sabse top ka course lijiye isse aapko ye benifit hoga ki aage chal k aapko hum hi yaha rkh lenge aapko faculty ki job denge bs jaha itne paise lgane ki soch rhe ho waha ADCPMU Advance course le lo isse aap bhi tention free ho jaoge kyuki as a faculty aapko hum rkh lenge. Par teachers ki ek ek baat jhooth nikli. Maine apne ghar ki sari condition teachers ko ache se btayi thi admission k time ki ghar ki financial condition theek nhi h father heart patient h mother house wife h or koi source nhi h income ka fir bhi teachers ne fraud kiya. Or Course kb shuru hua or kb khtam hone lga kuch pta nhi chla kuch bhi aesa nhi h jo inhone ache se sikhaya ho ache se samjhaya ho course khtam hone wala h pr mujhe seekhne ko nhi mila upar se teachers mujh pr pressure daal rhe h ki ghar walo se chupa k bina btaye aap new DBC spa nail 3rd level le lo iske paise aap khud khi job kr k de diya kro. Mujhe faculty k liye ab saaf manna kr rhe h kehre hai ki job bhi khud se dhoondho. Mai bhot pressurized hu inki wajah se majboori m galat step lena padh Jayega kyuki in sab baat k karan mere ghar m daily ladayi hori h mere parents ne itni hope lga rkhi thi in par bharosa kr k mera yaha admission krwaya or aaj ko yehi teachers batmeezi krte h agar kuch bolne ya puchne jao. Mai aapse hath jord k request krti hu please kuch strict action lijiye mera or mere jese kitne bacho ka future inke hatho barbaad hora h hum log karje m aa gye h inki wajah se.
