VLCC Institute — Urgent - Certificate not provided

Hi VLCC Team,

This is to inform you that my sister who has done a Masters in Cosmetologist course from your so called esteemed institute in Pune, Wanowrie branch has not received her certificate of course completion.
I am unable to understand why this is taking so long?

I have been following up with the professors for a very long time now.

This is totally unacceptable!
