Due to hair growth on face I had decided to go for laser treatment. I visited soo called brand "VLCC"( In blore- Jp Nagar branch)
Initially I went for laser treatment but then the staffs said I need to take the following treatments like- pigmentation treatment, face peel, body polishing, facial then only we will be able to do laser on you. So I trusted them and took the complete package. Reason for backing out is my leg and my hand is burnt while taking laser treatment by VLCC Staff.I followed all the instructions given by VLCC Staff including the medical test, but staff didnt take any precautionary measures like patch test before starting my treatments. (I even asked the staff to do the patch test, she said not required) and I blindly trusted them. what if my face would have burnt? Or what if something would have happened to my skin even more worst?
My legs, hands and face started becoming more dark.Even while taking the peel treatment my face got burnt a little and Mark's are still there.
I paid 118000rs.(I paid 20% downpayment and rest EMI). From two months im just paying EMI to bank. This is definitely not a small amt.. My hard earn money😔😔😔 I'm asking them to refund my money as I don't want to continue my services with them.I don't want to take risk again. It's been two months. They are just dragging this.. Now they have asked for medical certificate from dermatologist stating my skin is sensitive and I can't take any treat.. So I asked them if I get you medical certificate will u refund my money? again same story- I can't promise you, just trying to convince the corporate center( that's what the branch manager says).I even told them I would go legally. Still they are not bothered at all.
I'm so fedup. It's not a small amount at all..I no i took a wrong decision. I'm not able to sleep . Thinking this I'm so stressed out. I dunno what to do.. my mental health is also affected

I am writing to file a complaint about the service that I was treated to in the VLCC, HITEC CITY (KONDAPUR) BRANCH, HYDERABAD . I have been taking laser hair reduction treatment for the last 1 year, each session it was treated by a different unskilled technician who knows nothing about the frequency they are giving me. Instead of hair reduction "my hair became thicker " now than previously, no one from the branch is responding to my calls. While taking money they mesmerize people with their words, but very poor services are given. The technicians are not aware of the laser machine and the frequencies to be given to customers .I am utterly disappointed with VLCC HITECH CITY .They are ruining the brand value of VLCC . I want my money back, I don't want to take any sessions from them, please transfer my services to any other outlet in Hyderabad.
