[Resolved]  VLCC — tax theft and misleading

Money centered approach of vlcc staff in ludhiana center. I went to avail today some 500 rs coupon which i got from shoppers stop. Firstly they convinced me their best to take their paid service. They told me that my skin need facial and they will charge 1200/- for that. I agreed for that. And when i went to pay the girl at reception said u give 1416/- because taxes are extra.
I said u would have told me total amount or u would have mentioned me that taxes are extra. But they were adament and took 1416/- from me.
The most shocking for me was they did not give me any receipt
Even.. They are just looting people and their service too was not upto the mark.
