VLCC — Unethical behaviour and fraud done by VLCC Kasba Kolkata

Hi,
I went to VLCC kasba, Kolkata location last Oct 2015 and took weight loss services of worth 70000 initially,
Then the manager *Mr Tarpito Bangerjee) and the sliming instructor (Paulomi) charged me for servcies that I did not accept and charged my card.
I asked for refund and Mr.Tarpito Banerjee agreed after discussion and mentioned by March / April 2016 the refund would be processed.
Till now they have done nothing and whenever I am trying to contact Mr Banerjee or Paumoli is not picking up my calls and not responding to my messages.
Also I opted for EMI option as they mentioned that EMI interest and Tax would be paid by VLCC that's also a lie. I am getting charged each month for my EMI interest and taxes.
I want VLCC to refund my money as promised and also refund the EMI + interest that I had paid to my credit card company.
