I received a call from Pallavi regarding an offer on laser hair removal by VLCC. She kept calling me about the offer and offered extended help. Offer was avilable till 31st July 2016 and due to my busy schedule I could not make the payment. She said she can send somebody at my place after 8 when I reach home and I can make payment to that guy. I then made online payment of Rs 11500/- on 1st August to avail the offer. When I thought of going ahead with the offer I told Pallavi clearly that I have time issues and I would be available only on Sundays for laser sessions. And by December I want all 6 sessions to be completed. She assured me that I would get an appointment as per my convenience during their work hours. I booked an appointment for 7th August and Pallavi told me she would give me a confirmation call on this. She never called me until 6th August. On 6th I called her and asked her the status of my appointment and she said its not available as the doctor is busy.
She said you can take an appointment on 24th August. I had to remind her that I can come only on Sundays and then gave me an appointment of 21st August which I refused to take as it would have been very for my 1st session. She then offered me 14th August date and I accepted it.

On 12th I called Pallavi again and she did not answer. then I received a call from Bhavna from Sohna road, Gurgaon centre called me regarding the cancellation of my appointment again. She said the doctor has viral so he/she is not available again.

I asked for my refund that because there was no follow up from their end.

I dropped an email on vlcc's email ID and then received a call from Shweta (regional head i guess). She apologized and promised me that it would not be repeated. I did not get convinced. And she said i would recieve a call back from pallavi. for the next 7 days I did not recieve any call. I had to again drop a mail to vlcc email ID regarding the same. Again I recieved a call from Shweta but no action was taken on the bad services VLCC is providing.

Again there is no follow up. I am not receiving any reverts on the mails I am dropping them neither are they calling me. I have not availed any services as of now from VLCC and my money is stuck with them. They are not refunding the amount.I am not interested in taking any service from VLCC anymore. If basic follow up is missing what else will they provide to the customer.

I request the right authorities to take an action against VLCC and help me with the refund of my money, else I would very soon take it to media.

    I am Nishi.I joined vlcc in the month of july but have not got any benefits yet. Moreover when I go for sessions they ask to do activity. If that is so I would have joined gym and dieting instead of vlcc. I invests rs.40000 for this course but I am afraid I may not be able to get the benefits if things are going casually.Due to lack of attention I often feel sick. No food nothing is my diet that has been advised for which I suffer acidity most of the times. Kindly help me out.

      I m not satisfied with my meso and b - line session. I pay rs 30, 000 for meso scalp and rs 15000 for b - line session.
      But now no results i found current my hair continuously falling and b - line is the worst experience in results means 0% results both session. What should i do for this session. Is there any resolution. Or u have any extra service?...

        This is regarding your vlcc product "matte look sun screen lotion spf 30". i bought this product with great expectations but i was highly disappointed and frustrated with the outcome. i bought this with an offer. i got free vlcc anti tan facial kit with this sunscreen lotion. the anti tan facial kit was good but this lotion makes my whole face white. it appears as if i have applied powder on my face. vlcc is trying to sell this product by luring customers by giving offer of facial kit. this is ridiculous. if your product is not successful then please don't sell it by giving offers. i want complete replacement of this product. i spent rs 300 on this awful product and now i feel cheated. send me some other product which is worth use.

          Worst service ever, came here for a bca report. Great got the report but no results in it, when asked we cant see results they said there is no ink in the printer had to take a empty report after paying the fees. Terrible service. Cannot maintain a proper printer i don't understand what about the products and equipments they use for the customers, be careful people.

            I have a valid tatasky provided voucher worth rs 500 in vlcc. I am availing it from last 3 months and each time during payment they denied at first and after some altercation sometimes they accept the voucher according to their wish. On dated 11th june, vlcc kakurgachi denied to accept the voucher and said that their system is not accepting the code as everytime the code provided by tatasky is same, though transaction id is different. While i call to tatasky they said to send them the screenshot of the error vlcc is getting which they to provide. I am attaching my tatasky voucher and vlcc bill. Hope this kind of cheating with customer can be prevented.

              I had paid more than Rs.1.50 Lac to VLCC for various packages for my daughter SARV PREET. After spending such a big amount results are negligible Since last 3 months we. Loss is one km, fat 0.8oo gas, VF increased from 12 to 13. For black and white heads on her face despite package I have to consult outside Dermatologist and incur separate amounts for treatment and clean up. Thus VLCC is failure in wt. Loss and beautytreatment. Will you please refund me amounts collected by you on these packages.

                This is about annoying behaviour of Vlcc staff, at Vaishali nagar, Jaipur . These people are more interested in selling their new services without confirming if the customer is already satisfied or not. I have already paid for 12 session of laser treatment.that too because they literally forced me to take the package in some scheme .
                Because of some constraints I could not take even 6 session, now when I went for my session instead of giving me the desired services they were after me to take some other session, even after refusing for like 100 times they kept telling me laser is not required your skin needs this particular s Session . They did not have me the laser treatment even when I told them that I will be coming next after 5 moths and they should do it once . I was so annoyed, why do u guys just want to snatch money, at least give the services u are already paid for

                  I went to VLCC kasba, Kolkata location last Oct 2015 and took weight loss services of worth 70000 initially,
                  Then the manager *Mr Tarpito Bangerjee) and the sliming instructor (Paulomi) charged me for servcies that I did not accept and charged my card.
                  I asked for refund and Mr.Tarpito Banerjee agreed after discussion and mentioned by March / April 2016 the refund would be processed.
                  Till now they have done...

                  I have experienced a horrible inefficient recless sevice at Warangal vlcee.
                  they r only money minded not caring about costomers health simplemanicure, waxing like services also they cant perform properly .virtually my hand sufferened burns after waxing there was no one to complain in the office excepting dud staff suggest me what I have to do . I am thinking of giving this to main newspapers.
                  especially lady staff these r more bothered about their beauty than costomers

                    The expert in VLCC (Chennai, Anna nagar) advised me to have a skin hydrating facial which would suit my skin . The staff took me to an extremely untidy room with leaking AC outlet which gave such an irritating feeling. Within 15-20 mins the entire facial procedure was done. The lady just applied cleanser, toner, and a few other gels and lotions ( without any facial massage ) and all of a sudden said the facial is all done. When I said that I was not satisfied with the service, the person in-charge said that that was the international beauty therapy which involves only application of creams. Ridiculous! For applying cleansers and toners did I spend 1750 bucks?
                    She says that the new methods of facial involves no massage and that I know nothing about facial techniques.
                    Such rude and unethical behaviour has caused severe embarassment to me . I want to get my money back from VLCC

                      I mrs. Rajeshree sagar would like to bring to your notice that disappointed me. I availed the above services in november 2015 it was committed to me by miss. Karuna one of the staff of mira bhayandar branch of vlcc that all the pigmentation spots will go off and i will loose 13-14 kgs in a course of 3 months once i undergo the above treatments but after several months there was not a single difference and when i told her the same thing she started introducing new scheme and treatments for us to try which was costly enough for us to spend... We are really disappointed they collected the fees and now they are not giving the treatment well and not even giving appointment... I request you to look in the matter and take the correct action.

                          Please accept my complaint regarding the weight loss program which i took on 2nd feb 2016 from your vlcc-gk 2 center. I must say, i never had such a pathetic experience with overall dealing and during the tenure of 2.5 months which i had undergone there by taking your sessions.
                          1. I have never seen such poor sales consultancy by ms. Prashansa, where in she completely misguided me in terms of overall package. Fake commitments, no understanding of overall knowhow of the sessions.
                          2. Amount of rs 45, 000/- has been taken from me which i paid through credit card. No receipt, no form filling, no prior tests for any recommendations, wrong emi commitments.
                          3. I started my weight program with 64.3gm weight and after 2 month 10 days i was at 64.8gm. There was absolutely no change in my weight during 2 months.
                          4. My menstrual cycle got disturbed for which your staff has no reply to it.
                          Your staff is focusing more on diet and exercise. To my surprise if after coming to vlcc also one has to do only diet and workout, i don’t think anyone in this earth need vlcc. I came to your center with a clear mindset and gave very clear understanding to the staff that i am unable to do diet and workout in my daily routine. But your staff was just keen in taking money and ignored my issue completely.
                          When the commitments have not met, and you are bound to return my money.

                          I need my money back as vlcc is unable to fulfil the comittments.

                          After using VLCC's Hazelwitch & Rose Water face wash for the first time which I picked at a supermarket in Noida's Sector 18, my right cheek has developed red rashes and there's constant itching for the last two days.

                            Irrespective of the consistent complain about restoring the treadmill, there has been no solution to the problem . the treadmill has been in service condition for many days and no action is being taken place despite the fact that there is only cycling and treadmill available
                            people have to wait for others to complete their rounds . so it is a honest request to the authorities to look into the matter and even the air conditioners don't work well. and the people in the branch don't respond properly

                              I visited the VLCC centre day before yesterday. I had done earlier done few treatments to which i am bit happy. However, this time when i approached VLCC i was not happy with the customer care service lady Ms. Neelam at the receptionist. She had no time for the customer nor she had a proper way of approach. Myself being a regular customer & keeping the brand i opt to give my suggestion & opinion. I had approached the Saloon for Re-bonding. The Hair dresser approched me & checked whether i did earlier. i said "yes" i did in 2012 January i belive so for RO100/- during the time shabana was the GM. She said madam we dont have RO100/-, i said i am customer & i am saying i did it in VLCC. So she said she will check & revert back. I waited for few minutes in the hair dresser saloon. She did not turn up & she was hunged with this lady Neelam, as neelam was attending other customer at the reception.She said they are unable to trace the bill of 2012, however they will check & revert back.Till date nobody has reverted back with a call nor any courtesy message. Neelam did not even bother to inform that "to please have the seat, once the present customer is completed, she will check with me" she just completed with the sentence that the database is not available.

                                Dr janvi from vlcc bandra branch is absconding for 3 weeks. Whenever i call they tell me, we do not know when she will be back. Is that possible, that they do not know the whereabouts of the employee? I have already paid 15, 000 in advance for the laser hair removal. I have my appointment left and they are going on ignoring and postponing it. Also dr janvi has covered only half the area in my laser removal treatment. Please take action.                                   I booked a relaxing body massage for my mother on the occasion of mother's day as she loved massages. Thought of booking the 'known to be the best' centre for it, vlcc. She went in for an hour and i looked forward to her coming out of the massage room, very excited and hoping she would love the best quality (As per much hype) of this brand. As she came out, her face was one which was so utterly disappointed and it increased manifold as she got to know it was 2100, a price so worthless, she said i could even massage her better than the service here. Also, while i booked on phone earlier in the morning, the woman said it was 1800 with taxes and i re-confirmed if the 1800 included taxes and she said yes. Then while payment on the actual spot, she asked for 2100. I retaliated, but she never listened. All of that spoiled my mood for a 'renowned brand'. But now i'm sure i will never go again and would recommend everyone to look for a better brand with a service worth the price. It really spoiled my image for the brand. Very disappointing experience.

                                    My sister (Aarti jain d/o om prakash) has taken package for fat burn therapy for tummy and legs. Later she included my mother for tummy therapy. But during therapy my mother tummy skin got burnt. We written complain to vlcc customer care and they called my mother for medical check up and suggested medicine as well but my mother is in high pain. We requested to vlcc that return our hard earn money becaue we are completely scared and cant go ahead with this therapy but they deny to do this. They told me that we dont have policy to return money.
