Vle Bazaar — not initiating refund

I have not received my refund back ..they are just procastinating it ...from yesterday the customer care is not answering my calls ..though I have canceled my order before dispatch they have not returned the amount ...it's not a small amount ..really bad service ..I have mailed them my query and called them a lot of times still no response...at any cost I want my money back today itself..

I booked an order vide order ID 293948, still not shipped. I raised a ticket in their website but no response. customer service number doesn't work properly. nobody attends the call and take complaint.
since they are looters & fraudsters, they have not provdied CoD payment option, order cancellation option is also not available.
Pukkah fraudster company. everyindian should boycott this company, because they loot our hard-earned money. these dont have shame also.
