I ordered a mobile phone worth ₹20, 749 from Vlebazaar.in on December 1, 2024, and my payment was successfully processed. The order status was updated to "Processing, " but despite multiple calls and assurances that my order would be delivered in 2–3 days, no progress was made.
After 20 days of delays, the status changed to "Ready to Ship" on December 20, 2024, only to be canceled on December 24, 2024. When I contacted their support, they assured me that my refund was under process, but as of January 4, 2025, I have not received my money.
Whenever I call, they keep making false promises, saying my issue has been escalated to their senior team and that I will receive a callback soon—but no one ever contacts me. It is clear that Vlebazaar.in is running a scam by taking money from customers, delaying orders, and then refusing to refund them.
I request immediate action against Vlebazaar.in and demand my refund of ₹20, 749 at the earliest. I also urge the concerned authorities to investigate their fraudulent practices to prevent others from falling victim to this scam.
