I have booked a Redmi 13C (Stardust Black, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) on 7th April, 2024 but I received Redmi 10A 4GB RAM, 64 GB Storage on 13th April. I do not want this mobile (Redmi 10A) and I have submitted so many requests for full refund of Rs. 9979/- to my bank account but till date I haven't got a response from the VEL Bazar or not updated their site also.
