My Order Id is 1878672, I have ordered a MSI brand Motherboard on 27-November-2022 and I have already cancelled the order on 08-December-2022 as you failed several times to dispatch my order and always gave false commitment.
several times i requested you to refund my order and your customer care team always told me that your refund will be initiated in 30 mins to 1 Hr
I have more than 50 Call recordings of your customer care of false commitment regarding my refund.
Finally you Initiated my refund on 17-December-2022stating it will take a month to refund because it will go in your Original payment method.
Now after 1 month you have credited the funds in your wallet and while speaking to your customer care you are again saying that you will take 1 more month to credit the funds back to my Original payment method.
what a fraud company with fraud policies you have
Kindly look into this and credit the funds back to my Original payment method.
