Dear sir,
I place an order to Vle Bazaar, Plot no 4, Numberdar Market, Grace road, sec-28 Gurgaon-122002 on 25/04/2022, Order no 1539051 for purchase of colored printer by making on line payment through SBI Jagraon B r code 0655 for Rs11249/- . after a month my order has been cancelled on the plea that the printer is out stock. therefor order has been cancelled. My payment has been credit to vault. but I asked them to credit the paid amount to my saving bank account in SBI Jagraon br code 0655. But till today I have not received the payment. In-spite of repeated telephone calls on phone no[protected] and [protected] and email. to [protected]@vlebazaar.in. Please look into the matter and help me.

Order id:1518201 i want my money through my original payment mode{ my credit cart}.but they have sent my money to vle bazaar wallet.i was not at all told send to my refund money to your wallet. this wallet money is useless. server issue is not a big problem. already i gave sufficient time. i had been waited from may month. but you simply sent my money to your wallet. this is ridiculous.

I bring to your kind attention to the refund of money for the product I had ordered from VLE Bazaar website. I had ordered a Realme Buds Wireless Neo Bluetooth in Ear earphones with Mic Black (RMA2011) worth Rs. 999.00 on 28th May with order Id 1582157, but I had received a reused and damaged product for which I had requested a return. I raised a complaint on 30th May 2022, but the product is picked afetr one and half months later. Today ts 19th July still not getting my amount refund I am trying a lots of time to call the customer service, but my calls were unanswered, so I had to write an email for the same.

I am attaching the image of the damaged product with this mail. Kindly treat this as urgent and try to refund the amount to the same account. Hope this will be resolved at the earliest, or I will have to take this to the consumerforum.

Worst service and worst of the worst e-commerce website i have ever seen, hey are selling defected products and now it's been more than 1 month, no--one is responding no-one is attending calls, no-one is replying on mail, no return no replacement done yet, my order id is 1517141, I personally don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this website...0/10 I rate this company and their after sales service and customer support too...

I ordered a book 2 weeks back but its status show that its still processing. No replies no costumer care is working. My payment was done before placing the order. Pls shut down website and ask them to hive my money back.

I ordered a m.2 SATA ssd and I received wrong ssd which is not compatible with my device. The box was old and ssd was used. I have explained them but now they are not replying on return request or answering phone call.
I ordered on 19-04-22 and received this wrong product on 21/04 on which I raised return request.
I want to return this wrong ssd and want my money back.

I have ordered with order id 1460882 a bajaj companies Iron which was heavy weight iron like 1.7 kg but vle bazaar delivered me orient company iron which is very lower weigh iron i m continuously complaining via call and mail but they are not respond properly . Hence i want help.

I ordered a mobile for Rs.12, 999 and not received it on time. So, asked the company to cancel my order and return the money.

Ordered on 23/2/2022. Cancelled on 1/3/2022. They said, the amount will be refunded with in 7 days. I have not yet received the amount even after 14 days.

No email after that and no proper response from the company.

Myself Deepak Shukla ordered MI cordless amp corded fast charging Trimmer on 01/03/2022 with VLE Bazaar with specifications on 40 settings & 90 min runtime but what I rec'd was Trimmer with 20 settings & 60 min runtime.. also product seemed to be used as uth had hairs inside.

This company i am chasing for refund from past 15 dayz. Noone is responding properly and giving correct information. I had ordered jiofi hotspot and paid 1500.They delivered me one defective product and i have returned it immediately. I am yet to get the money back. My order number 1337072

I have given a order no. order ID No. 1300838 in vle bazaar as on[protected], but till date[protected] not delivery after continue calling, now today i have cancelled the order, but date of refund was given[protected] after two month, please solve the problem. It seems vle bazaar is a fraud company.

I ordered a book on 20/01/2022 and site shows that my order will dispatch between 23/01/22 to 25/01/22 but till now 26/01/22 it's showing my order under processing. If you will not able to deliver my product please cancel my order please and refund my money I belong from a very poor family and for me single penny of rupees matters a lot. I just saw reviews of vle bazaar and before i even don't know that it's a fraud and scam website

I have ordered a recharge for my morpho device on[protected] and the delivery date they showed was[protected] now it has been over four days over the delivery date but still no sign of any contact and my order even i have raised several tickets on vle bazaar regarding to my order kindly resolve my issue asap as i am facing very much loss in my work.

I bought apple ipad pencil on Nov 26, 2021 from vle bazaar. I paid the amount and they delivered the product. But it's not working.
So I raised the complaint for refund. I am calling daily morning to the customer care number. They are saying that tomorrow we will pick up . But nobody is coming. They are saying the same from 1 month. But my problem has not been solved and they didn't refund the money and didn't pickup the product till now

First, we have to wait for hours to get through the line. Once we get through, we do not get proper information. They give false assurance that we will send emails in 5 minutes, which never comes. Just now, the agent says the system is not functioning, therefore cannot check details. Asks me to call after 30 minutes. When questioned how I will get through the line in 30 minutes if I have to wait in line for 4 hours, he just cut the lie. It is very insulting that we pay the money and don't get the respect we deserve. Are they paid to insult the customers?

Please cancel my order which is placed on 18th december. and refund the amount.
