Vlebazaar — Cancellation and Refund

I had ordered mi fitness band order id 3775964 from this website on 9 july. Immediately i placed cancellation request email on nxt day that is 10 july. I also tried to cancel it from their website but after pressing cancel button, error was coming that ur order is processing and u cant cancel for 2 days. Still i mailed them twice safe side as later i came to know that the product was lauched 4-5 years back so i was worried about battery, performance etc. even after my cancellation request mails they shipped the order. I also tried to call them but their lines are always busy and automated voice tells us to try later as lines are busy. Finally i tried to inform them on whatsapp that i'm not going to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. So during shiprocket, bluedart delivery i rejected the parcel. I waited 2-4 days for parcel to get delivered to them. They are not replying to my mails and messages, hence i'm placing complain against them. Bad experience
