Sir, we ordered Mantra L1 finger scanner device online from https://vlebazaar.in for Rs.2699/= whose order id number is 3282927. The payment for which was done by Paytm through UPI on 7th October itself, but since then till date the order status is showing processing on their website. They haven't done anything yet. I called their helpline number +91 [protected] the whole day but got no response. Then I created a ticket on their help option and they did not respond to that either. That's why I am complaining here because it is not about Rs 2699, it is about who knows how many people these people have made their victims. help please. I am sending you both the order details and payment details, please look at them and take appropriate action.
