Vlebazaar — Delay in dispatch of my product

I ordered a Ambrane 10000mAh Magnetic Wireless Power Bank for iPhone, 22.5W Wired + 15W Wireless Charging, Mobile Stand (Aerosync PB 10, Purple) with my order ID #3538760 on 17.02.2025 but i have not received the product till date nor has it been dispatched even after complaining on their customer care and raising complaint ticket many time and getting surety that it will be done within 48 hours no action till date has been initiated by those people. Kindly look into this matter
