      An order ID 3084159 of product BOAT Stone 1200F BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS (GREY YELLOW) was ordered on 18Jun2024 with pr-payment of INR 2699/-.

      The order received on 23Jun2024. Upon receipt, the following defects were observed:

      1. Tempered Product box seal- it seems to be too old box and used product.
      2. Damaged product- There are physical damages on product seems to be too be used product
      3. Different colour product- Gery-Yellow product was ordered however, bule product is received.

      The VLE team was contacted immediately however, even after multiple follow-up with customer executives, neither any response was received nor any resolution for replace or refund of product is received.

      Now the customer executives has started dropping the calls without any resolution nor they are connecting with their supervisors. They committed to arrange call back which was also false.

      This seems to be an intentional fraud VLE team and partners conducted.

      Please help us in getting reolution.

          Out of warranty product delivered with the status of malfunction. Complaint raised, customer care ask one or other unreasonable details to be shared such as photo of product with size, video, etc. after satisfying all the information required by them, they are not responding to my calls and hung multiple time harassing me.
          Infact they committed to do pickup by 4th June but no information from their side. Almost 50 calls and 20 mail correspondence done.

                My current Order No. 2859226, has been pending at your end since 11 Feb 2024. This has not been delivered yet despite talking with your customer care executives on multiple occasions.

                Prior to that, Order no.s 2318283 (on date[protected], value Rs. 4059), 1812467 (on date[protected], value Rs. 2099) and 1811995 (on date[protected], value Rs. 2099) have been pending since the dates mentioned.

                Since ordering the printer on December 3rd, 2023, I've encountered numerous issues. Initially, the received printer was defective, and despite requesting a replacement, none was sent. Subsequent attempts to secure a refund have been met with promises of action, but each new deadline provided is consistently missed. Customer service connections take an average of 13 minutes, and attempts to escalate the issue to senior staff have been unsuccessful. My order number is #2657003. Can any one help to resolve it.
                They are doing the same with every buyer first they take the payment fo no stock goods then delay in delivery and after that they say no stock and after that they do not refund our amount - mine its almost 6 months - they have not refunded yet - just a fraud website - fraud customer care google should not prompt them, we need to file a consumer complaint against it .

                  I had ordered OnePlus earband three months ago but it wasn't working so I returned it. And still I am waiting for refund. Every time I call them they say it will take 2 days for refund. After calling 2 days every time I get same reply. They are wasting my time

                    I ordered a product of Rs. 8399/- from VLE Bazaar on 5th Feb. They were not having product and order got cancelled. Instead of refunding money back to original source of payment, they are holding with them saying it is refunded to wallet.                       I have placed the order for 5 no's of WD SN570 1TB SSD on[protected] by paying Rs.21182.20 and till date there is no update on delivery schedule. Tried calling customer support almost 7-8 times and all the time they say in another 2 days they will ship and share tracking details. Tried messaging through LinkedIn to Hemanshu Agrawal Director VLEBazaar.com. Immediately after this one Mr. Abhishek Singh from VLEBazaar.com called me and said sorry for whatever has happened and asked me to bear some more time. After this I tried calling him Abhishek Singh on his personal number and he also started dragging the issue by saying will arrange soon my items and dispatch and share tracking details.

                      One of the worst e-commerce website I have ever never seen like this. They don't have any business ethics. I even told them if you are not in a position to supply my items or fulfill my order please cancel order and initiate refund ASAP. which also they are not doing it.

                      Unfortunately they have not provided the order cancellation facility to the customers on their website, otherwise long time back I would have cancelled my order. All these things they have done it purposely so that once they receive the payment from customer they will block the amount for whatever the time they want.

                            I ordered a DJI OM 4 SE - Handheld 3-Axis Smartphone Gimbal Stabilizer from this website on 25/02/2024 via online payment mode. Later due to delay in delivery, I wanted to change my decision and cancel the order but the website is showing no facility of cancellation of the order. My product hasn't been processed further yet but the company claims to dispatch it after 24 hours. Customer care is making same statement again and again. I've called them several times. Neither they are raising my ticket so that I complain on the website.

                              I had ordered an a refurbished phone from Vlebazzaar site on Feb 13, order id[protected] and till now not received anything.Whenever I call customer care they tell that they will ship within 2 days or 4-6 days.This is worst experience I have faced shopping through an e-commerce site.I don't know how they manage to sustain cheating customers like this.Why is the government not banning and take actions against them instead of banning AliExpress and Alibaba which are legitimate.

                                I am writing to file a formal complaint against Vlebazaar regarding their failure to process a refund as promised.

                                I placed an order with Vlebazaar in 25/04/2022 with Order ID #1538379 with amount of ₹13, 599.00 . Unfortunately, I had to request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through their customer support, I have faced nothing but delays and false promises.

                                The customer support team at Vlebazaar has repeatedly assured me that the refund would be processed on various dates, such as the next day, by evening, or by Monday. Regrettably, these commitments have not been honored, and the refund has not been credited to my original payment method, which is my Credit Card.

                                To compound the issue, Vlebazaar has credited the refund amount to my Vlebazaar wallet instead of the agreed-upon method of refunding it to my Credit Card. This not only contradicts my explicit request but also raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of their refund processes.

                                Despite raising multiple tickets, each one has been closed with a response that encourages me to use the wallet for future purchases, which is not a satisfactory resolution to my request for a refund to my original payment method.

                                I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that Vlebazaar adheres to ethical business practices. I kindly request your intervention to compel Vlebazaar to process the refund promptly to my Credit Card, as originally agreed upon.
