I ordered one high pressure washer. They didn't deliver the product and they didn't send the refund on my bank account.

On vlebazaar My order is confirmed and payment 2240.10 Rs is successfully debited from my account for boat blitz 1500 home theatre 2.1 channel on the date[protected] but the product is not delivered to my address yet. And customer care support staff is not responding properly to me. The customer care number also not Answering to my call. when i will get my product.

I booked and cancelled my order #3538739 on 17.02.2025 but i have not received my refund till date even after complaining on their customer care and raising complaint ticket many time and getting surety that it will be done within 48 hours no action till date has been initiated by those people. Initially i was told that it has been shipped through skyrocket but the tracking number did not exist latercwas informed that i will get my refund by 24th march 2025 but nothing.

I had placed an order on Vlebazaar (www.vlebazaar.in) on 09 March 2025 and paid ₹1439 through Card. However, the product was not delivered within the promised time, so I decided to cancel the order.

I have contacted Vlebazaar's customer support multiple times via:

Despite several follow-ups, I have not received my refund. Every time I contact them, they either ignore my messages, delay with false promises, or provide no resolution.

What I Want from Vlebazaar:

1. Immediate refund of ₹1439 to my original payment method.

2. Strict action against Vlebazaar for delaying refunds and misleading customers.

Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dishant Kumar (Order ID: 3424352), and I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience.

On December 18th, 2024, I visited your website to purchase a pair of headphones, which appeared to be of good quality and reasonably priced. I placed my order and made an online payment of Rs. 2250. I received confirmation that my order would be processed and delivered within a few days. However, after waiting for several days, I still did not receive the product. I reached out to your customer support, who assured me that the order would arrive in 3-4 days, but days turned into weeks with no resolution.

As the days passed, I grew increasingly concerned. I later discovered online that many people had negative experiences with your website and were labeling it as a scam. Despite this, I remained hopeful. But even after 20 days, I still had not received my order. When the New Year came and went without any update, I contacted your company again via calls and emails, but there was no response.

Finally, after 35 days of waiting and no communication, I decided to cancel my order on January 21st, 2025, expecting a full refund. It is now February 16th, and I have still not received my refund.

I find this situation completely unacceptable. While the amount may not be large, the principle of the matter is important, and I will not tolerate being treated in this manner. I have already started sharing my experience on social media and will continue to do so until I receive a resolution. Additionally, I am considering further actions to ensure this issue is addressed.

I request that you process my refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further steps.

The refund against the cancelled order (ID: #3432257, dated 21/12/2024) has not been issued despite repeated follow ups. This is highly unprofessional and very frustrating to say the least.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against VLEBazaar (https://vlebazaar.in/) for an issue related to a defective product and an unreasonably delayed resolution.

It has been over [2 months] since I first reported this issue, but the company has shown no urgency in addressing my concerns. Their lack of accountability has caused me significant stress, wasted time, and financial inconvenience.

I trusted this platform to deliver quality service, but the experience has been far from acceptable. I believe this is a violation of my rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum to intervene and help resolve this matter at the earliest.

It has been more than 7 months still I didn't received refund amount for order no. 3111210. After sometime they transferred my amount into wallet account and to recover the amount, I ordered another with order no. 3407770 but because slow dispatch process I cancelled this order. The support team told me to wait till 5th Jan 2025 still I didn't received my all refund. I have called, mailed and raised multiple tickets with support team still I didn't get any proper response. Please I am requesting you sir/mam please address as soon as possible. I am a student and recently I lost my job and my financial condition is deteriorating please help me.

I had ordered with usb and they supplied without usb. I have raised complaints on their website and emails but today no reply. I have given them options of either replace with correct one or collect and refund. Their phone number not reachable either.

I have ordered a canon printer and it's been more than 7 days, haven't received any shipping details yet. There is no response as well.

I have cancelled my order now, please refund the money asap.

Sir, we ordered Mantra L1 finger scanner device online from https://vlebazaar.in for Rs.2699/= whose order id number is 3282927. The payment for which was done by Paytm through UPI on 7th October itself, but since then till date the order status is showing processing on their website. They haven't done anything yet. I called their helpline number +91 [protected] the whole day but got no response. Then I created a ticket on their help option...

After repeated e-mail, still they have not delivered my computer hard disk (Order ID 3233612, date : 11/9/2024), it has been three weeks. At the given customer care no., no one picks the call. They have just created a help desk, which generates a ticket no., which seems automated, except one time there has been no answer from their side. Very unprofessional from their side. Really frustrated.
Please penalize this type of portal, which has very poor & unprofessional service and no response from customer care.

I ordered a product called UPS on 7th Sept via shiprocket, seller was vlebazaar. They have not processed order for 15days and asked for 5 more days for porcessing. I have ordered Amkette Poket FM Mulitimedia Speaker Model 833BK as on 08/09/2024 still showing status of Processing but not delivered yet today as on 23 September 2024. From 10 September 2024 I called customer care they always answer that wait for 2 days. They don't have senior official too today when I called customer care of vle bazaar they said we will send you ₹ 300/- rs local Bluetooth speaker and won't give any refund. The telecaller from vle bazaar said you can go to consumer court if you want we have also setting with them

I have ordered a product on Vlebazaar site on 13th August 2024 with order ID #3191233 and as per company's policy it was supposed to dispatch by 18th August 2024. But that didn't happen and every time while talking to customer care no. +91-[protected] they have given false commitment that your order shall be dispatched by next day. So it is requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful urgently or else initiate refund at the earliest.

What kind of website is this? Is there no honesty or integrity? How can you just take someone's money like this? It's been two months, and you have taken the money and just sat on it. Every time I email for a refund, you always give the same response that it will be done in a day or two. What exactly are your intentions?
