It has been more than 7 months still I didn't received refund amount for order no. 3111210. After sometime they transferred my amount into wallet account and to recover the amount, I ordered another with order no. 3407770 but because slow dispatch process I cancelled this order. The support team told me to wait till 5th Jan 2025 still I didn't received my all refund. I have called, mailed and raised multiple...

I had ordered with usb and they supplied without usb. I have raised complaints on their website and emails but today no reply. I have given them options of either replace with correct one or collect and refund. Their phone number not reachable either....

I have ordered a canon printer and it's been more than 7 days, haven't received any shipping details yet. There is no response as well.

I have cancelled my order now, please refund the money asap.

Sir, we ordered Mantra L1 finger scanner device online from https://vlebazaar.in for Rs.2699/= whose order id number is 3282927. The payment for which was done by Paytm through UPI on 7th October itself, but since then till date the order status is showing processing on their website. They haven't done anything yet. I called their helpline number +91 [protected] the whole day but got no response. Then I created a ticket on their help option...

After repeated e-mail, still they have not delivered my computer hard disk (Order ID 3233612, date : 11/9/2024), it has been three weeks. At the given customer care no., no one picks the call. They have just created a help desk, which generates a ticket no., which seems automated, except one time there has been no answer from their side. Very unprofessional from their side. Really frustrated.
Please penalize this type of portal, which has very poor & unprofessional service and no response from customer care.

I ordered a product called UPS on 7th Sept via shiprocket, seller was vlebazaar. They have not processed order for 15days and asked for 5 more days for porcessing. I have ordered a product on Vlebazaar site on 13th August 2024 with order ID #3191233 and as per company's policy it was supposed to dispatch by 18th August 2024. But that didn't happen and every time while talking to customer care no. +91-[protected] they have given false commitment that your order shall be dispatched by next day. So it is requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful urgently or else initiate refund at the earliest.

What kind of website is this? Is there no honesty or integrity? How can you just take someone's money like this? It's been two months, and you have taken the money and just sat on it. Every time I email for a refund, you always give the same response that it will be done in a day or two. What exactly are your intentions?

My order ID 2862204, after six month i refund my money to my wallet, not my bank account.

An order ID 3084159 of product BOAT Stone 1200F BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS (GREY YELLOW) was ordered on 18Jun2024 with pr-payment of INR 2699/-.

The order received on 23Jun2024. Upon receipt, the following defects were observed:

1. Tempered Product box seal- it seems to be too old box and used product.
2. Damaged product- There are physical damages on product seems to be too be used product
3. Different colour product- Gery-Yellow product was ordered however, bule product is received.

The VLE team was contacted immediately however, even after multiple follow-up with customer executives, neither any response was received nor any resolution for replace or refund of product is received.

Now the customer executives has started dropping the calls without any resolution nor they are connecting with their supervisors. They committed to arrange call back which was also false.

This seems to be an intentional fraud VLE team and partners conducted.

Please help us in getting reolution.

Defective UPS not storing charge, only passing through power.

Out of warranty product delivered with the status of malfunction. Complaint raised, customer care ask one or other unreasonable details to be shared such as photo of product with size, video, etc. after satisfying all the information required by them, they are not responding to my calls and hung multiple time harassing me.
Infact they committed to do pickup by 4th June but no information from their side. Almost 50 calls and 20 mail correspondence done.

I am order sumsung galaxy SM-J710FN mobile 6/4/2024 mobile not yet after 26 days, then 2/5/2024 I am canceled the order, 20 days finish still not yet refund amount Rs. 3999, plz help refund the money quickly.
