I am Sk Imamuddin, a Computer Science student. I am filing this complaint against VleBazaar for their fraudulent trade practices and failure to refund my money.
Incident Summary:
Order Date: December 25, 2025.
Transaction Amount: ₹1, 199.
Issue: The order was never fulfilled, and despite multiple follow-ups, the company has ignored my emails and provided only fake promises for the refund.
Legal Actions Already Taken:
NCH Complaint: Filed on January 3, 2026. Grievance number: 8452867.
e-Jagriti Filing: I have officially filed a consumer case on the e-Jagriti portal on January 14, 2026.
Legal Evidence: I have already submitted a legal Affidavit and all digital communication logs as evidence to the Consumer Commission.
Current Status: My case is currently 'Pending for Scrutiny' at the Consumer Commission.
This is a final public warning to VleBazaar. Either initiate my refund of ₹1, 199 immediately or be prepared for the legal consequences and a demand for compensation for mental harassment in the Consumer Court.
