Vlebazaar — Headphones not delivered

I placed an order for a Logitech H390 Wired Headset for PC/Laptop priced at ?2, 700 on 7th April 2026. It has now been over a month, and the product has not been delivered.

The customer care number is never reachable, always giving the message “due to high call volume cannot connect.”

The tracking link provided via Shiprocket showed “order not picked up” for weeks, and now it reflects as cancelled.

I raised three complaints directly with Vlebazaar, but each time I only received a standard reply promising an update within 24–48 hours. No actual update or resolution was ever provided.

This is clear evidence of poor customer service. Vlebazaar is neither delivering the product nor refunding the money. Buyers should be cautious before ordering from this site.
