Bought Seagate Backup Plus Portable 5 TB External HDD – USB 3.0 for Windows and Mac, 3 yr Data Recovery Services, Portable Hard Drive – Light Blue on 11/05/2022 with order number 1564604, and the product was not sent till 12/07/2022 even after repeated calls, mails and online requests. So had to cancel the order on 12/07/2022 the refund option was either to bank (its time taking) or to store credit (which is immediate) so opted for store and ordered new Seagate One Touch 5TB External HDD with Password Protection – Red, for Windows and Mac, (STKZ5000403) on 12/07/2022 by paying extra amount order number 1668164. The product was supposed to be dispatched by 17/07/2022 but not done by that date and i raised a complaint stating if the product is not dispatched by 20th it shall be cancelled and the amount to be refunded. Nothing has been done till now and they are not even responding to the calls. Was this information helpful? |
