I have tried many time to reach customer care but there is no response at all. I have written mail also for this also same. Kindly help me to my amount back.

I ordered a book from vlebazaar.in, which has never been delivered to me.
vlebazaar.in is fraud. My money is with them and product is also with them, still they are not refunding my money to me. I know, I won't get my money back, but I want to let other customers that don't fall in the trap of vlebazaar. They keep their products' rate quite low than the market rate, to lure customers. And then they take money from customers and never deliver products to them. So ultimately you loose your money.

Order id 1812187. I order a tik watch of rs 19, 500 in oct 2022, they don't deliver product in 2 month i Canceled the order and ask for refund they give it on wallet didn't give it to my account till date please. I want refund as soon as possible.

Vlebazaar seems to a fraud company luring people with discounts
I read the horrible stories here.
I too have one.
I ordered Zebronics USB hub at discounted price of 99/-.
They sent me wrong product also non working.
I complained, two weeks later replacement came also wrong cheap looking product, but working but i can't say how long...
I am tired of chasing these cheats for 99/-
I won't buy from these cheaters.

I order boat rockerz 255 pro headphones on 13 oct 22 and paid Rs 899 through UPI. After some time I check the reviews and which is not upto the mark. So I cancelled my order after trying too hard. And vlebazaar executive says that your refund will come till 31 oct 22. Now on today 03 Nov 22 they are not picking up the call and there is no refund came.

Order# 1804089 not delivered yet. Order date 12/10/2022 Order status shows as processing.
No response on customer care numbers and support ticket.

My order id #1602462, i ordered for internal hard disk drive(HDD) for my computer(PC) i received used, physically damaged & refurbished HDD after 15 days.
I sent then pictures (physical damages + previous owners data present on HDD) on email which they refused to accept. Later after convincing they for 15 days they scheduled pickup & promised me it will be picked up &resolved within 7 days. Unfortunately it took 30 days to pickup the order.

after that I requested them for refund ASAP, now its almost 60 days passed no refund at all. everyday they are assuring that my refund will be done in within 24hrs. but nothing happens.

Bought Seagate Backup Plus Portable 5 TB External HDD – USB 3.0 for Windows and Mac, 3 yr Data Recovery Services, Portable Hard Drive – Light Blue on 11/05/2022 with order number 1564604, and the product was not sent till 12/07/2022 even after repeated calls, mails and online requests. So had to cancel the order on 12/07/2022 the refund option was either to bank (its time taking) or to store credit (which is immediate) so opted for store and ordered new Seagate One Touch 5TB External HDD with Password Protection – Red, for Windows and Mac, (STKZ5000403) on 12/07/2022 by paying extra amount order number 1668164. The product was supposed to be dispatched by 17/07/2022 but not done by that date and i raised a complaint stating if the product is not dispatched by 20th it shall be cancelled and the amount to be refunded. Nothing has been done till now and they are not even responding to the calls.

I am T.Rajesh (order i.d.:[protected]from Puducherry, I have ordered JBL Bluetooth headset JBL T205BT BY HARMAN PURE BASS WIRELESS METAL EARBUD HEADPHONES WITH MIC (BLUE) but I received JBL Live 100BTBLK black I.e., the product which I have ordered is not the same as I received.

At this moment, I made a return request on 12.04.2022 Return Id :- 15980. After 18 days they had received my product. Till now 18.06.2022 there is no response from their side. I am very much disappointed. I can't even able to talk to their executive. Some time they even behave rude. They neither replace my product nor refund my amount.

Please look into this matter and take necessary action.

I have ordered vlebazaar on 23/05/2022 and make payment through Google pay through Rozerpay gateway. They have cancelled the order and the amount not refunding, saying there is a problem with the payment gateway. Please look into this. Seems it is a fraud company.

I ordered a bag pack from this site. they delivered the wrong product. Now its been more than 1 month as they are not attending my query, not giving me any tracking follow-ups, and also they are not returning the product. Instead of this, they are misbehaving with me, also they are telling me to use the wrong product as we don't have the product I want. On the website portal, the bag I want is still showing in stock, this means they are running totally a fraud company and they are selling wrong products daily.

I placed the order and made payment for Brother HL-L2351DW printer through order ID #1418874. However, wrong printer model i.e. HL-L2321D is delivered. It is a lower version printer and much cheaper. I want to return the product and want my refund. I have placed my return request on the same day of delivery. I raised the complaint on their website and through mail on Feb 18, 20222. Their customer number never connects. Still no resolution...

Refund not received for the order ID 1431417. Cancelled the order on Feb 1, 2022. They said, will get the refund in 7 days. Still waiting for the money.

I have ordered printer (on 24-Feb-2022) and after 10 days of long wait, there is no progress in the order. Hence I asked the executive to cancel the order on 06-Mar-2022, as per that cancelled, but the refund (Rs. 15, 999) schedule date is updated as 25-May-2022.
