[Resolved]  Vlebazaar.in — Wrong product delivered, email credentials deleted from site, no login possible now

I have ordered Seagate backup plus hub 4Tb drive from vlebazaar.in, an online shopping site

My Order Number is : 1068957, and I ordered this hard drive on 17th Oct 2021
Payment done to their razorpay via upi.

But they sent me a wrong product instead,
the original product dimensions should be : 22cm*23cm*7cm weight: 1.06kg,
and i got half of the original sized box with dimensions written on the box as : 12*15*6 cm, weight : 0.20kg.

out of suspicion I haven't opened it as it was a very small box as compared to the box that should had been delivered, as i already have such one old drive before, so i knew. I talked to their customer care and explained the situation to a guy named Nitin Sharma on call, and he asked me to apply for return option from the site itself to get refund. and he said they will pick the product from my house in next 20 hours and when after the product will reach to their hub they will initiate the refund.

As discussed with the customer care person, I applied for return and asked for refund in it with details and pics of box and uploaded, i also mailed on their mentioned email addresses such as
[protected]@vlebazaar.in & [protected]@vlebazaar.in respectively.

I took all the possible screenshots while placing the order, while doing the payment, and also while applying for return, now what i see after some time, they have deleted my login details like email id and contact number through which I could see my order and return information, now when i login from the same email id it says they don't have any such email id in their records, I tried by OTP option on the site by entering the contact details, it also shows the same error message, even forgot password option doesn't work now. this is clearly an open public fraud kindly help me in this, I need my refund. Please help me in this.

I first called their Director Himanshu Aggarwal, Got the number from this site https://www.complaintlists.com/?s=vlebazaar, somewhere in some complaint registered, then he arranged some calls from his employee Jitendra Yadav may be he's the manager or something, he called me with this number : 8595898357, but I kept calling their customer care number too as it was delaying and they sometime don't pickup the calls, Then some guy named Shivam Upadhyay called me and arranged for the product pickup from my home on 24 oct and refunded on 26 Oct, apart from this I also kept mailing them regularly on their [email protected] / [email protected] mail id's.

After rigorous calling on daily basis I kept contacting them on their different means of contact and finally they have picked wrong product delivered from my home on 24 oct2021 and today on 26 oct 2021 they sent me the refund in my account. When the pickup guy opened the product for taking the pic, what comes out? an Old WD element with an old open box with no bill, and what I ordered was a Seagate 4TB backup plus Hub which runs through power, which was supposed to be a big box, so I took the video of that too, So overall this company is doing fraud within day light with people, I had suspicion since the day one when I got the product delivered that's why I didn't opened it. But my suspicion raised when my login details got deleted from their site. Even later they regained it as working but i couldn't see my return request submitted, so one can summarize what they are up to. So People beware of such Sites. Go for amazon instead i[censored]sing online else go offline.

Suggestions for other customers dealing with any such problems :
(1) Raise your complaints with their customer care on daily basis, record the calls.
(2) mail them regularly,
(3) apply for return/return first on their site then on mail on their so called support mail id, within the 7 days when you got delivered with wrong or used product or no product delivered at all, else they will deny the return as per their 7 days policy.
(4) Take Screen shots of everything, take video captures of websites suspicious activity, and record their each calls and submit it later as evidence while applying for grievance with Govt. bodies.
(5) If still you are not heard then look for company details, its registration with ministry of corporate affairs online and its directors, contact them directly,
(6) If still the problem not resolved, kindly contact and apply for your grievance on govt. consumer and cyber crime portals, links are provided downwards.
(7) Most important of all, Don't use such sites and buy from them if you don't trust on it and if its have bad reputation on net, first search for its reviews.
