My order id #1602462, i ordered for internal hard disk drive(HDD) for my computer(PC) i received used, physically damaged & refurbished HDD after 15 days.
I sent then pictures (physical damages + previous owners data present on HDD) on email which they refused to accept. Later after convincing they for 15 days they scheduled pickup & promised me it will be picked up &resolved within 7 days. Unfortunately it took 30 days to pickup the order.
after that I requested them for refund ASAP, now its almost 60 days passed no refund at all. everyday they are assuring that my refund will be done in within 24hrs. but nothing happens. Was this information helpful? |
