I placed an order for a Dell KM5221W Pro Wireless USB Keyboard and Mouse on the website Vlebazar.in.

The product was not shipped, and I cancelled the order on 1st July 2025. Vlebazar confirmed the cancellation and stated that the refund would be processed by 6th July 2025, but to date, I have not received any refund.
I contacted their customer support multiple times but received no satisfactory response or resolution.
This delay is unacceptable and reflects unfair trade practices. I have suffered financial loss and mental stress due to their negligence.
