Vlebazaar — No product delivery

I ordered a mobile phone from Vlebazaar (Order ID: 3778820) on [insert booking date here]. It has been over 12 days, and I have not received the product or any shipping update.

I have contacted their customer support multiple times through email and phone but received no response or resolution. The order is prepaid, and I am very concerned this may be fraudulent behavior.

Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to deliver the product or refund my money.

I request immediate action to:

Either deliver the product within the next few days, OR

Process a full refund without further delay.

This delay and lack of communication has caused mental stress and financial inconvenience.

I request help from the Consumer Forum to take action against this merchant and ensure customer rights are protected.
