Vlebazaar — Refund amount is not credited. More than 2 months I am struggling to get my money back

I have ordered one product from vlebazaar. My oder ID is 3740423.
They did not delivered the product and refund also not credited. Their Customer support persons are giving false statement to customer that refund amount is credited. When i am asking for reference number for the refund amount processed, they are telling amount is not processed yet. This means they are fraud, giving false statement and cheap.
Worst service. Not paying the amount back.
