Vlebazaar — Refund is not received

Hello Sir/Mam,

It has been more than 7 months still I didn't received refund amount for order no. 3111210. After sometime they transferred my amount into wallet account and to recover the amount, I ordered another with order no. 3407770 but because slow dispatch process I cancelled this order. The support team told me to wait till 5th Jan 2025 still I didn't received my all refund. I have called, mailed and raised multiple tickets with support team still I didn't get any proper response. Please I am requesting you sir/mam please address as soon as possible. I am a student and recently I lost my job and my financial condition is deteriorating please help me.
