I had applied for canada visa. Ankur, my case manager recommended me to go for federal skill worker program. He filed my case in sinp, manitoba and quebec. After 6 months, i got an invite for ee. He submitted my documents and we proceeded with medical checkup and biometrics.in one and a half year, my profile got accepted and i got my visa. I thank you all for making my dream of going to canada come true.

I had invested ₹48, 000, on 17/07/2018, for Quebec PNP program. Mr. Prakash who is my case manager, he told me that if within 9 months your process is not completed, he will refund the amount.

It is almost a year ago, today I called on his personal number [protected], a another person(Mr.Ankur) pick up the call and I ask for refund but he told me that I can't refund your process amount. I told him that if your not refund my amount I will put a complaint in Mumbai Crime Branch, he told me that go ahead and put a complaint in police station.

I'm requesting you to please refund my amount, unless I will put a complaint against you at police station, showing as a proof all your complaints with recording.

These people changing their sales person on monthly basis, means VMake visa recruit on monthly base.

This is my second complain in the portal against this organisation.
My case id is 110879 i have joined with make visas on april 2018 and i had very bad experience from the start.

My first complain was about no progress about interview once i entered in this portal on the same day it was solved its the reason why i right in this portal to get a call back or for a solution.

I have asked for refund process since the progress is very slow and i lost trust in them. I have paid approx[protected] for pr process & 1lakh for lmia process) make visas have accepted to repay for lmia process fees of 60% and wanted to continue the pr process. To get this approval it took we many month and after i agree its almost 3 months i have not got my refund and i call the office number they frequently say the people attend you case has left office and currently no one is their to contact which is not acceptable.

I fully lost the trust in make visas i wish to get the refund for the complete money i have paid 185000 and kindly respond me.

I used to hear from the make visas frequently that if i raise a complain against them i will be in trouble or legal action will be taken its almost like threatening... But first i request them the loyal enough for the customer and to respond them back if they respond then why do we come here.

I hope my issues will be resolved asap...

I have paid 75 k in 2017 after i was confirmed pr for new zealand
And till date after completing my par in 2018 nothing has progressed and 2 years have passed and only they are sticking to your points are low but that is not my fault so i want the company to refund me at the earliest or get my job done.

My par details are 341131-1 and security no 5992
My invoice date and no is 24/04/17 and vv11006

I am not naming any body but my case was first handled in pune office which i visited and i was told your case has been transferred to delhi office and later on i was called by delhi office and all kind of excuses was given to divert me from dropping the point of getting pr and also no refund option was told except i needed to wait till the points for pr comes down.

This is a clear case of misusing a jobless persons need of the time and depriving him of his money and time which should not be tolerated at any cost.

My name is bharat rai. I had registered with vmake visas for pnp canada visa who took 75k plus, since pnp was taking time so they asked to go ahead with canada lmia process and committed to provide lmia in 7 months or else all my money will get refunded per vmake visa lmia contract where they took rs 3.60 lacs processing fees and case manager assigned was sahil shaikh. Now he gone to canada himself and told agnes would be the new case manager. Now its been more than 2 years where nothing has happened, they don’t respond to phone calls and also blocked the email i was contacting.

I have been given lmia contract with refund policy. Since this process is not working and there is no respond from their and have blocked all the communication so i would like take my refund.

This is an official reply from Vmake Visas team to the complaint posted by you on May 12, 2019. After discussing your case with the management and senior authorities, here are some points we would like to talk about your Australian Immigration process.

In the ending of the year 2017, your case was started with us for the Australian process.

To complete the first stage of the process – Skill assessment, we have assembled all the required documents (educational and experience) and filed your skill assessment under the ACS assessing authority on 27th January 2018. After the span of three months, on 28th March 2018, we received a positive report from the ACS and afterward, we started working on your process. Later on, on 28th April 2018, we filed an Express of Interest (EOI), which is the second stage of the PR process.

In between, some rules and policies were changed by the Australian Government (which is not in hand of our company) and, we have to again update your EOI. The last update was held on 17th January 2019. Now, the center point is that giving the Invitation to apply (ITA) is completely in the hands of the Australian Government and there’s nothing we can do about it. We can only continue further if we receive ITA.
Also, talking about your PTE score, which is 71. You need to get 79 points in PTE exam to escalate your chances. Everything is done by our side on time but rest decision is in the hands of the Federal government of Australia. Without any further notice from their side, we can’t proceed with your case further.
Therefore, we will request you to wait till any further news comes. You are requested not to defame the company’s name on false grounds as the company has never stepped back from its duties and responsibilities.

We respond to every client on time and sometimes, it does happen that we are unable to pick up your calls due to a tight schedule; still, we make sure to provide updated information about the process in emails.

Kindly wait and prepare for your exam till the time any further information comes up. We really value our clients; thus, you need not to worry about anything.

I am extremely dissatisfied with vmake visas. They are non-responsive, non-executing, unfaithful and most unreliable immigration service providers. I had hired their services in 2017 initially for canadian immigration/ australian immigration with an expectation that they will help me with the filings for canadian provinces and australian provinces.

I am extremely pained with the manner these people have dealt with me and i am sure this is because i had paid them full service fee as advance and left them with no motivation to work.

They had not filed my application for any of the provinces in canada, prompting me to tell them to do the filing for atleast australia... They had then done the eoi filing for australia by creating an account with their own credentials which they didn't share with me despite several reminders. Moreover, they didn't even do any provincial filing for australia... All they did was to file one eoi for australia which even i could have done easily... This is not what i had hired their services for...

Initially, they had given me 100% assurance of getting positive results of immigration to australia and promised me to help with job applications as well... But the passage of time all of this has proved to be merely false commitments.

Their agents have never been responsive... I had to send them repeated reminder emails and dialled them several times to get them do the work... Escalations don't work as the management has the same attitude.

Because of their careless attitude, i've lost my valuable time and points that make me eligible for immigration.

Now when i write them emails to get the status of my eoi, they don't reply back; even calling them doesn't help as mostly they don't pick up my phone, and when they do, they tell me that they will get back to me; however, they never gets back.

Tired of repeatedly chasing, i wrote to get refund, but they even didn't reply to that.

I am writing this complaint with a hope to get redressal of my issues/concerned.
I want the status of my australian application (Eoi) and refund of the fee paid by me to vmake visas.

Dear consumers of india. I want to make an alert by letting you know that people of this company have put in fake reviews on consumer compliant site.
Who puts good comments on consumer complaint site? It's very logical.

I am attaching a screen shot where you will find that in just 2 days 4-5 good reviews have been posted. Don't fall under this trap. This is a false representation of facts and information.

There are no such people who got pr from this company under the name : goel, meenakshi, suman, p. Arora or d. Agarwal.
Ask them to provide proof of above people who posted nice reviews. Who puts good comments on consumer complaint site? I think no one.

Thats a false communication and fake post by their own team.

I would like to share my experience with vmake visas as every experience has a lot of patience and hard work i had everything through out my journey for my PR.
Really would recommend them and they have knowledgeable case manager every thing during the process tenure went smoothly and i was updated about every intimation timely and the staff kept a great coordination which made it very convenient.

I really appreciates the services which I have been received from the team of V make visas. The communication was too smooth and my case manager is Abhishek, and he was always there to help and support me at any time between the office timings. Abhishek has helped me in preparing the IELTS to best scoring. If he was not there for some time so Agnes was always there for additional support. All I am saying that company is having so many options for documentation support and for any support in the documentation. Well done V Make Visas keep it up with your services.

Fraud company
I’ve signed up with them in the month of Jan. They’ve zero knowledge of the process specially case officer. They’re contradict from each sales person and case offic kier. I requested for a refund, a they’ve processed the refund and it’ll take some time and later on they denied to give any refund. I’ve not taken services from them, didn’t share the documents as well because I’ve seen their complaints on consumer forum. 19 people are with me to fight with these dacoities all of their cases are registered with ministry of external affairs.

Folks, do not even think once for joining them.

This is toshaan harjai. I am the client of make visas. When i began my process with this company, i spoke to the director of make visas, mr. Ankit kapoor. My age was 26 years and i applied my case under canada express entry visa. Initially, they filed my express entry visa. My crs score was 438 but the outcome was not coming down to 440. Fortunately, my profile got selected in ontario immigration.

I applied for ontario immigration but during the state nomination process, crs draw came down and then, finally my profile got accepted in express entry pool.
Afterward, mr. Ankit kapoor gave me a choice to choose either express entry or ontario immigration. But i chose express entry. Finally, i got approval in the month of november 2018.
Now, i am shifting to canada in the month of april 2019.in addition to it, they also helped in my post-landing services.

I don't know why people are giving such negative comments, but i myself have good experienced from makevisas, as i got my canada pr and shifted in december last year. Don’t mess with me just return my payment of Rs. 50000 which u took on the name of fake degree for bachelors from Bundelkhand university, else have to take ligel action against u guys, I m having many more clients name and number as well, u n ur wife directly sell degrees to the clients and suggest ilgel ways to go Canada. Even I have LMIA case clients number as well.

You are not registered with Make Visas as we have gone through our CRM database. You are not our registered client so how can you claim that you have given money to our company for Canadian PR process.

Though it’s factual that you have taken free consultation from Make Visas and even, had few meetings with us regarding Canadian Immigration, but you didn’t initiate the process. So, it’s kind of amiss and irrational of you to put such indictments on the public portal. It’s a request; don’t defame the company’s name on the bogus allegations. Make Visas team work hard for their clients and leave no efforts to keep their clients contented.

My name is Vinod khanna existing client, I was enrolled myself last year for Canada pr, and met Mr. Ankit kapoor (CO -Owner) of the company and Mr. Vinod kapoor his father (Owner) of the company, her wife who is know one in the company as per his father but she said that she is the owner of the company. They are biggest cheater and frund, company they took money for frund degrees ( bachelor and master) approx 70k and 1 lacs as per clients, they even don’t know about the process, they took money for work visas on the name of LMIA approx 2lacs and 3 Lacs, and every 6 months 90% of the employees has been changed or they left and even they donot paid the salaries and incentives. I m sharing my lead Id -126057, they might closed it as per his own requirement. Please please please don’t don’t don’t get registered with them.
