This is a genuine comment about "quo vadis" and its md manoj kumar. And before you guys go to them for immigration consultation, please read this.

We (My wife and i) had been researching about immigration to canada for a long time and were planning to do it ourselves.
But manoj was referred to us by my father-in-law's friend who is supposedly a very good friend of manoj. So we went to meet him just to get an idea of the overall process from an experienced person.

We fell for his charm and decided to enlist his help. He told us not to worry, concentrate on ielts and that he will do the needful for the transcripts to be sent to wes. When asked about the payment, he mentioned that in total it will be 5.5 lakhs incl their charge of 1.1lakhs.
So we were a little confused since as per our calculations including flight ticket the cost will come up to a maximum of 3lakhs only. So we asked him to send us an email with the amount split up. He asked us to drop a mail mentioning all this and that he will reply to that.

Our next meeting, we gave him the copy of documents to be attested and sent to wes and he said he will handle everything and that it will all be done in 2 days. When asked about payment, he said to wait till it's done. And we were like, wow he's a gentleman willing to wait and all.

We called him after a week to know the status of the transcripts. He didn't receive the call. I then asked my wife to call. When she called he picked up and said he will call after an hour, but there was nothing after that. Then another time when i called him and asked about update, he said there is some issue at anna university and so it will take time.

It's been 2 months, rather than waiting for him, we did it ourselves and we were able to get the transcripts on our own and after that when we asked him, still he's going on about issues at anna university.
And when we asked him this, he's then going on about how he owns a business and how it's not an ngo charitable organization to provide all this to us without any fees.

We have the screenshots and the call recordings.. Let him come with a reply and we will update it.. If anyone need more information reach out to me personally and if you have a serious plan of migration or dont fall for his "sweet" words.. Instead of that go to some reputed firms..

I have come to notice a lot of complaints that are being listed about quovadis international, at kailas plaza, pattom.

I would like to share my own story and how mr. Manoj misled and cheated me of my money. He made an assessment about my application and misled me into believing that i was eligible with my skills and education for a canadian migration. Me and my husband had very well informed him with due diligence about our short comings. Nevertheless, he still insisted and assured with all his might, that we were quite eligible and that he was capable of managing our process through.

He always brags about him having immediate contacts all around the world. He will take anyone around for a ride. My husband always had doubts on him and his filthy bragging. It was my hope to migrate that caught us in the web. He submitted my application on a federal skilled worker program. I lacked any work experience and he still insisted that i was eligible under the program. The application itself was rejected from the canadian consulate with a month or so due to unsatisfactory credentials. My application fee was refunded to my account by the consulate. Manoj played us by the books.

This is where manoj proves that he is a fraud. He pre-informed me before my application that, there will be a refund coming into my account from the consulate. When i asked him what it was, he replied that it was extra amount of application fees that he submitted by mistake on my behalf to the consulate. H also insisted that i withdraw that amount and return it to his office as soon as received. My husband, caught up with his gimmicks, when he even sent us a forged application acceptance notification presumed to be from the canadian consulate, which was not even in pdf format. Whenever i questioned him, he was evasive and defensive.

We tried several time at the canadian consulate for authenticity of our application and its status. They failed to reply as the application was authorised to be notified only to the agent. Finally, in 2012, we decided not to follow his puzzle of snake and ladder. I informed him that i was pulling out of the process because i was not satisfied in his service. He charged me the whole 35, 000rs for an application that he submitted and got rejected and blamed me that i was hampering an application that was just awaiting medicals.

He sent me a mail "take what you get or we shall meet in court". Its true, manoj is well to do in court, because he was under investigation for siphoning multiple lakhs from clients while he was a branch manager in wwics, kuravankonam.

We are coming manoj, we will definitely take your medicals. Since, it was a cheap 35, 000rs, we kept our cool. But, i hope that no other trivandrumites approach his office. He is good at filling applications. He also has some clients that he has sent across to canada, because of their legitimate profiles. Those cases never even require his assistance, especially profiles like doctors, nurses and the likes. He just takes credit without capability.

He is as fake as he is cheap. They will talk about airport assistance, travel assistance, lodging but believe me, nothing will happen.

One of my friends introduce me Quovadis International for my Canadian Migration Process and I had submit my documents along with fees of INR.82350 in 2012. I had submitted all documents with my IELTS certificate also. Mr. Manoj, the MD told me that my profile is in category list and they have filed my application. But I didnt get any file number or application number. Time passes through and I trust this agency and waited for their reply. In 2014 repeatedly I enquired about my application status and I asked him about my IELTS expiry. He told me there is no problem and he will take care of that. And few months later they send me a mail with some attachments. Again after few month, by october or november 14, I got my documents back from Canadian High commission, clearly stating that, my IELTS got expired and my application cannot be processed. My IETLTS got expired in 2014 May and they have submitted my application in June 2014. They claim that they have been in this industry for many years and they know the process. If they know the process well, how did they send my application after expiring my IELTS? And out of this 82350, I received a CAD 475 cheque from canadian High Commission. When I was asked about my balance amount, the agency people told me that, 20K is their service charge(for keeping my documents till my IELTS expiry Date) and 20 or 35K for WES, balance will be 3000 and they are ready to transfer it to my account. But till date I didnt get any amount from their side. I strongly suggest an inquiry about their fraudulent service to the candidates who are cheated by this agency. In my case he simply wasted my 3 long years. I am not attaching any proofs here, If needed, I can submit it.

Even though there were many bumps on the road, the efficiency and capability of QUO VADIS was proven in achieving this success. We are fully satisfied the way they handled our case. We were regularly updated on the progress of our application and status. The orentation session they conducted was excellent and was at par with the one conducted by CIIP counsellors.

We along with other 5 famalies landed in Vancouver on 18th May to start a fresh life. we were picked up from the Vancouver International Airport and was taken to our accomodation. They helped us with our Social Insurance Card and assisted me in opening a bank account. Now we are busy with getting our qualification assessed and preparing our resume.

In our 15 months association with Quo Vadis, we never had any issues with them. They are truely profesional.

I have retained an agency named Quo Vadis International located at Pattom, Trivandrum for getting Permanent Residency in Canada. They charged me Rs.50500/- initially and I was told that my application will be checked by different people in India and Canada including a registered member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. Despite that, my application was not fully filled up by them and they forged my details on the application....
