Dear VMake Visa Team, I see your punctuality. As expected you are replying after 6 MONTHS TIME from my complaint date (this is how you guys work). However I am shocked that you guys have opened your eyes on my complaint and well tried to play smartly and safely.
You gave three reasons for Changing of Case managers :
a) When our case managers have left the organization.
b) When they are under emergency or sick leave or they met any accident.
c) The client is not satisfied with the services
I am wondering, all of these three circumstances are in my case. I called at-least 25 times to you office; first time your case manage had left you organization, second time again your case manage has changed don’t know why, then after your new case manager was being sick for more than 2 months and finally when I was not happy with third case manager (Payal) then you again replace her with Mr.Narendra ‘The most straight forward person of this planet’. After all these [censored]s I met your so called top management team and your director Mr. Ankit Kapoor as well. But nobody was ready to resolve my issue. I wasted my most precious 12 months with you guys. Nobody was there to answer my call or my email. If you want I would have attach the mail trail here.
Now come to the money matter, you guys asked me to share my credit card credentials for the payment and I refused to do so. Give me reason why did you asked my credential rather than giving me another option for payment. Being legal experts tell me which act is applicable for it.
On the top of it, after 12 months when nothing been happened then I met with Mr. Ankit Kapoor and asked him to return my money back. Then I told by Mr.Director that if I remove this complaint from the website then he will return my Money. I explained him that I can’t remove this thread because no such option is available on the website but after resolving the issue I can flag it as resolved. I have written proof for the same tell me if you want me to send all those mail trails to you.
Now again you guys are threatening me publically that you will take legal action against me if I don’t remove this thread. Tell me is this professionalism and way of running your business. I would suggest you guys rather than replying on all negative threads, creating fake positive comments and threatening people stop doing fake commitments and focus on your services. These negativity will automatically stop.
Now you tell me when you will return my money.
