I had booked 2 plots of 1076 sq ft in april 2014, in ajinkya city project. They had promised handover of plots in 3 years or double booking amount. But now there is no communication on when the plot will be handed over or about refund.

The sales people who did the booking are not entertaining calls. I tried to get their contact from oonline ads but no response.

I have booked 2 plots in vmc vihang city in 2012 and not received any confirmation from developer about NA conversions.now after so many years developer giving date of 2020 for both locations.they are not returning refunds also.which they committed. VMC is fraud company.and when they will run away.no one knows.
