[Resolved]  VMC Developers — Non receipt of refund amount

Booked 3plots at Shahapur (Project Vrindavan Garden) in 2014. Amount paid Rs.140, 000/-. As per MOU company assured that they will resale our plots and pay Rs.280, 000/- after 36 months.
Cancellation application done in the year 2017 due to medical issue, fund crisis.
Regret to inform you that till date almost 3years after cancellation and 6 years after booking not a single amount received from VMC Developers.
