VMC Developers — Fraud against our investment in plots.

I invested for 3plots in shahpur project claiming for double returns within 2yrs. Forget abt our double returns now it's been more then 8yrs since i invested in this plots worth rs. 1.80lakhs. They r neither returning our money back nor giving any lands. Whom shall we complaint? Whom shall we seek help, who's there to help our get our hard earned blood sweat valued money back?
