VMC Developers — I have taken 2 plot from VMC and paid 1.60 Lakh till date didn't received any Plot till date

I am one of the victim of VMC group in a name of give Na plots i have booked the same in 2012 and stared EMI and continued paying till 2018 and after that i EMI stopped from my end because there was no positive response from VMC people. and when i ask for refund they say they don't have money to pay me. better to pay rest of money and take possession of land. but till date they have never some any positive approach from them
