Multiple times I called them but my amount is still not refunded.

Even I filed a complaint in consumer forurn but they don't reply..

My customer id is : 109178, no one is picking phone..even customer care number([protected]) is not reachable these days

Please suggest me what to do..I am ready to file a case against them..

I have all proof with me..and communication details happened with them.

I have invested 2 yrs back in vrindavan project by booking 5000 starting amount and monthly EMI of 1500 till 2 years.

Every month i am following up with on number [protected]. till now i did not recive single amount refund from VMC.
