We had applied for 2 na plots at vihang city at shahpur, thane dist. As per the agreement vmc to deliver the plots within 3 yrs from date of mou. But even after 5 years they have not given the plots. Therefore, they agreed to refund the amount of rs. 1, 05, 000/- per plot (Total rs.2, 10, 000/-) in instalments starting from september 2016. Since they have not even started the instalment, we approached them at their office. Everytime we visit they give some false & flimsy request. Now we are in october 2017 (I. E. Even after 1.4 years) we have not received the refund. Therefore, please use yr good offices, so as to enable me to get back my money. Officer concerned is mr. Suryakant kadam [protected]
