Sir I have lodged a complain regarding not receiving phone call against vmc on 11dec15 but till now no one has contacted me .l have true to make contact on the number given on payment reciept but result is same .please suggest me whether I should register a for or proceed to court for legal action.my contact no is [protected] .advice me please.
