Dear Team,

I would like to request you that we need your help and support for medical facilities available in hospital on emergency note, my little girl hospitalized in Safdarjang hospital ward no.21

Here is my concern that my little girl is in fever since last 2 months and she had already been hospitalized in ghaziabad at Gargi Hospital but no improvement so Dr Ashok Bhuvalka has suggested for Safdarjang hospital and I have admitted my girl on dated 8th Nov and here from last 5 days still remain same condition and they have done the test of first and second level but same result now they have suggested for third level and for this they have recommended some test but the main concern is that date is very late for all test whatever they have recommended.

I urge you that please reduce the date of tests and do the immediate medical treatment of any problems identify.

I want to add on some other concern which I'm facing.

Today, my little baby FNAC test done at 12:30 but still I'm fighting to get the submitted sample of lever tissues due to hispopathology form not available in your ward 21. Have requested them to submitting the same but no one is listen for same even PG doctor has mentioned the requested and stamped over another form for FNAC test. Now what should o do and from where I will have to connect,

      I want to express my gratitude to the doctors through this review. My father was admitted at super speciality buliding 6th floor icu for breathing problem respiratory unit. All doctors are very good except one (north east dr) rest dr do their job very nicely they do not earn money towards private hospitals, they only want to cure the patient.

      There has one north east dr who is such a bull [censored] whenever we had been to him he just replied very rudely.

      All services are top notch expect there north indian dr and security guards. I had been at cio building near blood bank at 4th floor. There I met a guard who belonged to the trig company, he was very rude, arrogant. Coi lab is on the 4th floor, that day lift was not running, due to which I had to proceed there by stairs.
      No one was sitting on his chair, so on climbing the chair, I sat on his chair for 2 minutes due to exhaustion. Seeing me sitting on his chair, he started shouting and abusing me. I replied him very politely that sir What happened if I sat on your chair for 2 min, I am short of breath. Than he replied (behanchod pta nhi kha kha se marne aajate hai Safdarjung mei, dusri building mei jakar maro) I felt very bad after hearing this and as soon so I clicked his picture from my phone to do his complain. He got scared seeing me taking His photo so he called for bouncers and asked to beat me. These people should understand that there is no happiness in the hospital, everyone comes in sorrow and by behaving in such a way that it is very wrong to hurt the heart of a sad person.
      I hope that some strict action will be definitely be taken against this guard.

        The staff outside the obs gynae department misbehaving with patients .
        Eating their lunch on faculty premises, creating unhygienic surroundings.
        Is this a hospital premises should be handled. This is one of the best leading hospital of India. Is it..?

            My grandmother had to be shifted to the general ward. In Block H Ward 12, we were told that you will get a stretcher only if you deposit your mobile, if a person does not have a mobile, then he will not get a stretcher. And we were treated badly. Anyone who works properly, everyone takes free salary. The doctor never comes to the general ward, everyone waits for the patient to die. Then the doctor comes.And we were treated badly.                 Death certificate

                I lost my mother on 13th July 2021 in Safdarjung ICU ward. I was given a death slip and assured that death certificate will be apply by the MRD department and within 21 day's you can collect the death certificate from NDMC. when I went to MRD department they told me that case file is still not received then I went to ICU ward and they said on 18th July they have transferred all the documents to general ward. Till now unit incharge didn't...

                    Dear peoples of India,
                    I want to share the story of a common man who are facing a bad experience in Safdarjung hospital.
                    My name is Rajiv Kumar & I want to share the difficulty which I faced in Safdarjung hospital.
                    I came here with my wife on dt 31st July 21 with labor pain (maternity problem) but the doctors return us back & said to come back tomorrow i.e. on dt 1st August 21.
                    Again we come back to the hospital on dt 1st August 21 at approx 9 oclock in the morning.
                    We already registered with the hospital in 8th month of pregnancy (due to Covid probem any one can registered with hospital in 9th month also) but the doctors misbehaved with us & frankly told us to go to the private hospital because my wife's uterus may explode due to heavy labor pain so to save the life of my wife I have to go to the private hospital, if there is such a critical issue then they must have to admit her on 31st July 21.
                    This was the first time when I went to safdarjung hospital but I was too much mentally harassed & I was really crying from my heart to save my wife's life.
                    I request to the doctors lots of time but they misbehaved with me & shouted on me but finally approx about 11.30 they admit my wife with a warning that it is difficult to save her & about 4 o'clock we are having a baby in my hand but I was too difficult to spend the day.
                    Dear all,
                    This was very disappointed, bad experience & also got too much mentally harassed by the hospital staff.

                    You know all person is having "Self Respect" so please never make fun of it.

                    I am just sharing my problem as a common man.

                      Misdiagnosis of scabies

                      I was suffering severe itching all over my body since 2 months but the itching was just worsening and it was becoming difficult for me to step out of my house as I couldn't itch everywhere. So I heard that derma dept of Safdarjang is really good so few days back (On Monday), I took online appointment & after standing 1 hour in long queue, went to skin dept OPD (it was around 9:40 am).                         My wife Tanu admitted in SJ Hospital for baby delivery. She was at ward No. 3. She had having labor pain. First visited to SJH at around 9 O'clock on 14th July and doctor asked to come with more pain after check ups. Then Visited to Hospital at 4 am on 15th July. She got admit then and shifted to ward 3. Patient Tanu was asked to lay down on stretcher which already have another patient. So, More than one patient at one stretcher. Stranger! Doctor checked her and suggested for blood tests and at the same time they asked to donate blood and come with red card. Pls tell how someone can arrange blood at that time only to get red card then only doctor start process. Can't you make blood process after patient delivery done. Your doctors says they need red card of blood before start patient delivery process. It was so much unethical and can result to patient lives. Then they took the patient to labor room they they say we have to operation the patient to deliver baby. Baby woop in womb. Now you decide what is your process? Is it Okay to put patient in danger if it is Gov Hospital? Is that okay to keep patient in labor pain on sharing stretcher? Is it okay to ask patient to manage blood donor at delivery time? Then they offering to either you have to say okay for operation or you can take your patient to any other hospital as per wish. They take a consent at paper and discharge the patient in that pain very quickly. Only their discharge process in that moment was very easy. Lady doctors sits there with shut mouth. They only speak taunts to patient and use very harsh words with patient. Doctors make the patient feel that you are here for free treatment. Even they should keep in mind that thus is their job and that's why Gov paying them. If they would have admitted my patient at my first visit I could not had to face cesarean process. Baby could not have wooped in womb. Doctors treat patient like very rude way. Their way of talking is very harsh and shouting. Like hospital runs only on their expense. They just destroying name and famous of Hospital and Gov Work. Breaking the trust of people towards Gov Hospital. Their process make patient and baby life in danger. There is no feedback, no counseling for patient. They discharge my wife in labor pain after the consent of my patient attendee. It was so horrible, fear and danger situation for me. My patient came down by walk to get no. 2 SJH to board taxi in that sever labor pain. Can you pls feel the situation with your own family member? In that moment I had to hire taxi, wait for them, in that traffic road had to rush for other hospital. Doctors playing with patient life. They are not human being in doctor face. May God save the lives of other. Dependency on gov Hospital is not worth it

                          A 4 years old child's condition is becoming severe, he is being treated in vmmc & Safdarjung hospital,
                          Firstly doctor prescribed us MRI brain in May, they gave us test date on 8 June,
                          When we reached there for test they refused and delayed date by 28 June,
                          Again when we reached hospital they denied and we had to done the date taking process again, Now they have delayed the date by September.
                          It's just not fair, they're delaying date for 3-4 months.We paid 2000 Rupees for it.
                          Please help us and act upon it.

                                Your security staff is not good as they disturb whole ward by shouting in mix night and they made there own rules which attendant has to follow. Pleas ensure that if there is a requirement of more than 1 attendant due to opration or if single attendant can't take a patient to washroom they need atleast 2 persons at a time so many peoples were facing same problems. Please take some action.

                                  I would like to inform you that my patient is died in your hospital at 08/04/2021 in bed no 40, ward no 12, second floor.
                                  But till now death certificate is not issued by your department, when I asked for this in MRD building then thay said that patient file is not submitted by doctor.
                                  I have enclosed slip regarding this.

                                  Plz help us, death certificate is required for further necessary work.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

                                    My mother (Mrs. Bimla Devi Sharma, IPD00000833, ICU Bed No. 09) is admitted in the above stated building with Covid positive patients and she has been facing various circumstances which we feel are not appropriate and should not be followed as protocols in the hospital. Since day 1, she has been facing hygiene related issues, diapers and using the toilet on a daily basis. In spite of several reminders to the ICU ward care takers/resident doctors, things have not changed even a bit and are going as the convenience of the hospital staff which do not cater to the patient’s urgent requirements.

                                    Today, we came across a new issue. I dropped home-made dinner for my mother at the hospital reception at 8 pm. Due to the shift change at that time, the food was taken to the second floor at 8:30 pm while I waited there. I was asked to leave when they told me that the food was going to be delivered. I returned after another hour to deliver the medicines as were advised by the ICU call center of the 2nd floor. I delivered the medicine, Barinat Tablets along with 5 tetra packs of coconut water for my mother. At around 10 pm, I received a call from my mother saying that she was hungry and that she had not received the food till that time. She also mentioned that she had received only 3 out of 5 packs of coconut water. To be very specific, she told me that she had received 3 mazaa tetra packs and nothing besides that, no tablets and no food. I would like to highlight here that my mother is not very well educated and therefore, cannot differentiate between the mazaa and coconut water from the packet which is why she mentioned mazaa to me.

                                    I contacted the ICU on[protected], an attendant did attend the call but refused to disclose his identity and post to me. I am surprised that in such a big hospital, people are not ready to disclose their position and name to the concerned family members of the patients. My mother is admitted in the ICU and we are not allowed to visit her which is understood quite well. But the only way of communication which is through the above-mentioned number also seems useless at this point when the attendant would not mention who he is and shockingly, no one is taking responsibility of the delivered food and medicines.

                                    If the patients is eating their meals on time (whether provided by the hospital or delivered by their family member) or not is a serious matter of concern which no one seems to be addressing at the hospital. It is an utter disgrace and shame on the part of the hospital and all the nursing staff as they are not taking care of the primary source of the patient’s recovery, which is the food and diet.

                                    Other than this incident, my mother has also raised complaints to the hospital staff regarding the following issues:
                                    1. No change of diapers timely.
                                    2. No cleanliness/hygiene maintained.
                                    3. Same food (Same dal, roti, chawal) on a daily basis
                                    4. No timely delivery of the food sent from home
                                    5. Missing of products and medicines sent by family members

                                    Very naturally, I am extremely worried about my mother’s health and well-being which can only be aided by proper treatment and medicines. Now that I have faced this issue, I am more concerned with regard to the treatment procedure and medicines in the COVID department. We are not even allowed to visit her which makes us more paranoid about what is happening inside the hospital and the patients are getting treated.

                                    My mother was admitted to the hospital on May 15, 2021 when her oxygen level was 85-86 @oxygen level 4. Currently she stands at 90-91 @ oxygen level 12. The oxygen requirement has been increasing on a daily basis and hence, we are doubtful about the treatment and procedure happening inside.

                                    This is a serious matter of concern and must be escalated to the concerned department and higher authorities as early as tomorrow. This is also a genuine request for you to look into the matter and keep an eye on the nursing staff and resident doctors with regard to the patient’s health and diet.

                                    I am sorry that I am unable to mention the names of the call attendant but I do have a call recording of the entire incident in my phone.

                                    I am writing this complaint letter with the hope that my mother will receive the right treatment by the doctors and staf[censored]nder the concerned department and that these matters will be addressed to as early as possible.
