Doctor said you stay here after some time you will transfer your patient for x-ray but sister said you stay outside lady attended required
I am leaving 200km
How can I arrange suddenly my mother or anyone
And I am so afraid for this complaint
Because my patient is critical

      Your security staff is not good as they disturb whole ward by shouting in mix night and they made there own rules which attendant has to follow. Pleas ensure that if there is a requirement of more than 1 attendant due to opration or if single attendant can't take a patient to washroom they need atleast 2 persons at a time so many peoples were facing same problems. Please take some action.

        Sir/mam
        I would like to inform you that my patient is died in your hospital at 08/04/2021 in bed no 40, ward no 12, second floor.
        But till now death certificate is not issued by your department, when I asked for this in MRD building then thay said that patient file is not submitted by doctor.
        I have enclosed slip regarding this.

        Plz help us, death certificate is required for further necessary work.

          Dear Sir/Ma’am,

          My mother (Mrs. Bimla Devi Sharma, IPD00000833, ICU Bed No. 09) is admitted in the above stated building with Covid positive patients and she has been facing various circumstances which we feel are not appropriate and should not be followed as protocols in the hospital. Since day 1, she has been facing hygiene related issues, diapers and using the toilet on a daily basis. In spite of several reminders to the ICU ward care takers/resident doctors, things have not changed even a bit and are going as the convenience of the hospital staff which do not cater to the patient’s urgent requirements.

          Today, we came across a new issue. I dropped home-made dinner for my mother at the hospital reception at 8 pm. Due to the shift change at that time, the food was taken to the second floor at 8:30 pm while I waited there. I was asked to leave when they told me that the food was going to be delivered. I returned after another hour to deliver the medicines as were advised by the ICU call center of the 2nd floor. I delivered the medicine, Barinat Tablets along with 5 tetra packs of coconut water for my mother. At around 10 pm, I received a call from my mother saying that she was hungry and that she had not received the food till that time. She also mentioned that she had received only 3 out of 5 packs of coconut water. To be very specific, she told me that she had received 3 mazaa tetra packs and nothing besides that, no tablets and no food. I would like to highlight here that my mother is not very well educated and therefore, cannot differentiate between the mazaa and coconut water from the packet which is why she mentioned mazaa to me.

          I contacted the ICU on[protected], an attendant did attend the call but refused to disclose his identity and post to me. I am surprised that in such a big hospital, people are not ready to disclose their position and name to the concerned family members of the patients. My mother is admitted in the ICU and we are not allowed to visit her which is understood quite well. But the only way of communication which is through the above-mentioned number also seems useless at this point when the attendant would not mention who he is and shockingly, no one is taking responsibility of the delivered food and medicines.

          If the patients is eating their meals on time (whether provided by the hospital or delivered by their family member) or not is a serious matter of concern which no one seems to be addressing at the hospital. It is an utter disgrace and shame on the part of the hospital and all the nursing staff as they are not taking care of the primary source of the patient’s recovery, which is the food and diet.

          Other than this incident, my mother has also raised complaints to the hospital staff regarding the following issues:
          1. No change of diapers timely.
          2. No cleanliness/hygiene maintained.
          3. Same food (Same dal, roti, chawal) on a daily basis
          4. No timely delivery of the food sent from home
          5. Missing of products and medicines sent by family members

          Very naturally, I am extremely worried about my mother’s health and well-being which can only be aided by proper treatment and medicines. Now that I have faced this issue, I am more concerned with regard to the treatment procedure and medicines in the COVID department. We are not even allowed to visit her which makes us more paranoid about what is happening inside the hospital and the patients are getting treated.

          My mother was admitted to the hospital on May 15, 2021 when her oxygen level was 85-86 @oxygen level 4. Currently she stands at 90-91 @ oxygen level 12. The oxygen requirement has been increasing on a daily basis and hence, we are doubtful about the treatment and procedure happening inside.

          This is a serious matter of concern and must be escalated to the concerned department and higher authorities as early as tomorrow. This is also a genuine request for you to look into the matter and keep an eye on the nursing staff and resident doctors with regard to the patient’s health and diet.

          I am sorry that I am unable to mention the names of the call attendant but I do have a call recording of the entire incident in my phone.

          I am writing this complaint letter with the hope that my mother will receive the right treatment by the doctors and staf[censored]nder the concerned department and that these matters will be addressed to as early as possible.

            I am nursing officer at sjh hospital. From last 23 april 2021 here without government order they are force to do duty 12 hours in covid wards thats said by officiating nursing superintendent ms rekha rani she is force to do duty without any protection by ppe and no normal duty hours count and if any one make objection they are try to make fear of in nsg officer about memo so need proper accomodation and saftety for our family we are not machine pls try to undersatnd us

              Safarjung is very famous hospital but it's worst in its services .. doctor and gaurds or staff behave rudely and very badly.they treat patients as animals . they think since patients are helpless.so we can behave badly with them . they deny them even dignity and doctors are also careless and take patients for granted .

                Mai parso me apne papa ko 5 bje new emergency building me lekr gyi mere father ko breathing issue ho rha tha doctors ne paper work ko complete krne ke liye 1 hour lga diya uske bad unhe oxygen mask provide kiya, or exray krane ke liye 2 ghnte lg gye or 1 ghnta report lene ke liye lg gya kya ye emergency hai or digital x-ray, then uske bad wanha jo oxygen
                stretcher provide krta hai hai wo itna rudely behavior kr rha tha .fir doctors ne bina xray or ecg ki report btaya bola 6th floor par le jao wo btanyege kya karna hai .fir xray rechecked krwane ke liye 2 ghnte lga diya .2 bje papa ko 6th floor lekr gye ward me sift krne me 5bja diye tb tk mere father ki tbiyt boht kharab ho gyi thi didi bar bar doctors ke pas jakr bula rhi thi wo bolte hamre pas time hoga tb ayenge par unke pas chai pine ka time tha . Subh 7bje bol rhe hain hamare pas ventilator nhi hai jo chize inke pas nhi thi pehle bol dete, or doctors reply krte hein hum apke patient ke liye nhi hai . Kya response hua ??

                  Meri wife ki normal delivery subah 5:40 par hui or normal delivery hone ke 4 ghante baad uski fir sarkari kari OT me lejakar delivery ke time DR. ne ander kuch chord diya tha or fir stiches bhi proper nahi lagaye jab baad me dard band nahi hua to DR. ne check kara to dekha stiches proper nahi lage or ander cotton bhi chord rakha hai or sabse badi baat ye hai Safdarjung hospital ka pura staff batmiz hai baat karne tak ki tamiz nahi hai chahe vo swiper ho ya DR. pata nahi konse school se padkar aye hai

                          Dear Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                          I would like to inform you that today midnight around 2-3 O'clock I was visit safderjung hospital with my wife and brother & his wife for my 3 years old child treatment purpose but I don't know that doctor name his misbehaving & refuse to check my son, his showing his very powerful man & whenever he want that time his check my son, I had said fine & i am waiting for my turn but his refuse to check my son I said why I am also educated man and your doctor please do your work other wise give me your senior number, then his using abusing language then my wife requested to please saw my child after so many request his send us on ultrasound department after ultrasound when my wife going to him for show him ultrasound report his said it may be tv or stomach infection then my brother and his wife going to hospital and ask him sir please confirm us what is the issue on our child then his going shouting on my brother & his wife and when he called me then his also misbehaving with me,
                          Could please help me to understand this is the way to handle patients on safderjung hospital, his not given any report to me and said get out my hospital, is it his father hospital who treated us like This, and when I was visit to CMO room he called guard, This really harashment & feel bad for me and other patients.

                          Request you please take my complaint seriously otherwise this kind of doctor take advantage of his power to poor and needy and hopeless people.

                            Hi I'm manoj from Najafgarh im going to take my son report from h block newclear medicine department im just taking 5 minuts and when i came back my bike is not there then some people are there they were told me crane operator have bring your bike when im going to take my bike they are misbehaving me and threat also so please kindly taking some strictly action against him already we are mindly disturb and they are also.

                              Yesterday we have reached at 7 pm safdarjung emergency hospital because baby boy was injured very badly and bleeding we went 5th flore on emergency so doctor told us we don't have any paper or form to writen the baby issue then i went ground and had a word with CMO also CMO told us doctor will make paper but again when i have went to the doctor he said same I don't have any paper to write we said plzzzz provide us on the written then suddenly one bouncer came and lady guard her name is LALITA she slapped that mother and that male bounce he also slap and he pushed her from her breasts and he beat Very brutal way and no action has taken against with that lady guard and bouncer and doctor was also ran away

                                I inform to you that I am santosh Kumar keshri I visited with my wife Sudha Kumari yesterday[protected] in Safdarjung hospital gynaecologist room no-160 there nurse checked with kit and saying you are pregnant go to old counter and make one card ANC I take ANC and gone Room no-171 there one ladies doctor only saying take food on time and didn't give any medicine .
                                When I reached at home her stomach ache very hard. I scared and gone Safdarjung hospital again next day[protected] in Emergency there is one doctor she is saying do her GRR I done after GRR My wife is saying she is saying you are not pregnant my wife is saying yesterday nurse saying you are pregnant after that I am gone on opd card center make one card because my wife stomach is very heavy pen. He give Room no-126 there I in line atleast 2 hours in line after my no coming when I reached on doctor he saying I refer to you in Room no 171 because there his treatment running so I can't checked her when I reached Room no-171 there he refused today is not your day come on Tuesday who checked her he give only treatment.
                                So I want know only it's type treatment provide Safdarjung hospital if it's rights this is very shameful for our country because patient gone (Emergency, Room no-126, Room no-171) no body helped any give any medicine my wife she is stomach ache ...

                                I provide to you attachment of[protected] and[protected] opd card and ANC card kindly find the attachment and take seriously action against these people's who make fool people .

                                      We have admitted our father( Surinder verma) in SSB building zone 2 7(a) from 23/01/2021 as he was found COVID positive, we was suggested that there is a very good treatment of COVID patients with a good recovery rate, but there is very negligence in attending patient, as my father is having trouble in calling them for help as no one comes or listen to him, he said new staff on duty is very careless, he keeps on calling for changing urine bag, but no one listen, he keeps on asking for water but no one brings, we trust the treatment but There is so much careless ness, kindly take care of it.

                                        One of our employee Mr. Ram Prakash ([protected])who worked as a Wire-man met with an road accident on 20.1.2020 and got his left leg 2 fingers and toe injured badly.The treatment was done Dr. Vikas Gupta & Dr. Karan Magoo (Orthopedic) till 4.6.2020 after that when Mr. Ram Prakash approach to the same doctor to get the mandatory details filled by them so that patient can claim medical Subject: Irresponsible & Rude Behavior of Dr. Vikas Gupta & Dr. Karan Magoo (Orthopedic) at Safdarjang Hospital.
                                        One of our employee Mr. Ram Prakash ([protected]) who worked as a wire-man in our company met with a road accident on 20.1.2020 and got his left leg 2 fingers and toe injured badly. The treatment was done Dr. Vikas Gupta & Dr. Karan Magoo (Orthopedic) till 4.6.2020 after that when Mr. Ram Prakash approach to the same doctor to get the mandatory details filled by them so that patient can claim medical reimbursement from the group medical insurance company. Dr. Vikas behaved very rudely with patient and refused to fill the details without any reason and also throw out the claim form. This practice had been done by him 3 times earlier & last time on 11.12.2020.At last our employee faced humiliation & unable to get the reimbursement from claimed due to doctor negligence and incomplete details filled by him. Mr. Ramparakash suffered financial loss because of his rude and irresponsible behavior. Kindly take some action against him & get resolve this issue as soon as possible.
