8 september rat ko 1:57 am ko meri wife ki delivery hui, unhone bataya ki, delivery ke baad taanke galat lagaye, fir dobara khol ke lagaye, aaj us baat 10 din ho gye, sare taanke khraab lage h.. Vah hissa abhi bhi fata hua h, kuch bhi dhang se juda ni h.

Right now i am in OPD no-5 as i am seeing that sone secuirty guards are very rude with people who came for registration. Here i have seen that male guard is pushing one lady very badly. she have no respect. He is good in age bhut very rude.. and also one lady guard is also very bad with ladies. she even threatening mana that if you dont move i can complaint against you that you are looking at me in a bad manner. its really a shameful thing that security staff is not good at all. take action.. or give them teaching or good manner...

My wife was suffering from ckd stage -5 from last 20 days only. On 15 th july her condition become some panic, after this we reached sardar jung hospital first time for better treatment. Before that she was admitted to venkatesh war hospital dwarka, discharged two days before. We reached their at 11 pm in Emergency. Doctors at emergency were very good and supportive. They sent us at icu, but doctors their were rude. I don't know what happen, but we waited 2 hours outside the icu. One doctor was objecting and demanding corona test. We have done corona test for twice at venkatesh war hospital, last one was just one week old. But doctor refuse to admit at ICU. Later they sent us on 8th floor ISOLATION WARD. Doctors their told us they us that they will visit at 6 am. Patients health condition was going worst, we asked the doctors several times, but all were sleeping. Later patient died, but no doctors were coming forward just saying that they are coming. At 7.15 am one doctor come and disclose that she died due to heart attack.very worst service. Till 4 hours not a single doctor visited the patient. Not recommend any body to visit. I was pressurized by my neighbours to go there for better, but I experience worst, my wife died on age of 37 years only.

Dear sir/ma'am,

I want to raise a complaint against unprofessional doctors as my father late rajeshwar bhanot was admitted on 20th dec 1019 regarding breathing issues.
Doctors admitted my father after doing all tests and formalities.

On 26th they forcefully discharged him and asks us to go for an echo test from a private laboratory.

On 28th of december 2019 night again my father got critical and we again admitted him at safdarjung hospita.

Doctors in emergency ward shifted my father forcefully to general ward.
As my father was a heart patient and they should shift him to ssb cardiology department for the emergency treatment of heart stent operation but senior resident doctor didn't allow to transfer him to ssb cardiology block.

My father died at around 4 30 pm on 30th due to unprofessional doctors treatment like dr namrata, dr gaurav, dr garima and other hospital staff.

We had transfer papers also from ssb cardiology block doctors.

We gave transfer approval reports to block-h - ward-12, doctors mentioned names above by around 2:30 afternoon but they didn't co-operate with us and around 4.30 my father collapsed and dr garima who was present that time, we shown her that my father collapsed and then she gave cpr but she knew already that my father already died.

She asked us people to hold give the manual cpr.

Again we checked with the cardiology department as they again said and asked us to admit my father to ssb urgently and we called the doctor in ssb and made him talk to dr garima but she didn't cooperated with us at all and when finally around 9 pm when we were about to take my father to ssb cardiology then she declared my father dead.

This whole incident happened in from of my eyes and i was shocked by these doctors behavior and
The things which happened around us at that moment.

There should be strict action taken against these doctors as i am mentioning there name as well.

General ward doctors - dr namrata, dr gaurav, dr garima, dr pankaj kumar saxena - (Senior resident doctor).

With reference to mrd-86772, patient was referred by esi sect-9 gurugram to safdarjang hematology opd on the eve. Of 09th oct-19 even having a poor condition (Jaundices etc. Initially patient was admitted to esi only for the treatment of fever. We (Caretaker) took the patient to safdarjang emergency on 10th oct-19 evening and after the passing of process of 3.5 hrs in emergency we reached to the doctors on 6th floor ward a. Where doctor asked us to take away the patient and show in hematology opd next day and also doctor claimed that patient can not dilute the medicine due to poor condition. We took the patient next day to hematology opd where there was not a day for that opd. Until then the condition of patient was got worsened. We again rush the patient to the emergency and after the process of 3-4 hours in emergency, we reached to the doctors at the same ward on 6th floor. Till than the patient was on critical condition and he start vomiting. Suddenly doctors gave him oxygen and put on ventilator. Some medicine were started to give the patient, but after the few hours 6-8 the patient died.

It is a purely negligence of medical department of such a big hospitals which cause a huge loss to families of many.

Sir mai 25/09/2019 ko apne shale ka ct scan kavane apni car sai aaya tha patient navratan ke left leg mai plaster lage hone ki vajay sai mai parking mai rok ke patient ko nikal raha tha tabhi vaha ward no 12 sai dr mayank chawla aaya or mere sath or patient ke sath gali galoch karne laga or usne car ki air nikalvadi or meri car ki key bhi le li or bouncer trik company ke guard vaha bula liye or muzhe or patient ko mara or us din police ne samjakar muzhe bezh diya.
Aaj dt 07/10/2019 ko mai hospital aaya too vaha per bouncer kahde hua tha tbhi bouncer ne dr mayank chawla ward no12 ko dubara bula liya or muzhe hospitalke emergency mai roka gaya or vo gaali de raha tha ki tum log hamare upper jinda rahete hoo tum log ham dr logo se bik magte hoo ki ilaj kar doo.

Right now am sitting at safdarjung hospital emergency maternity ward, i can share the pictures of staff also... Staff is sitting on the seat and pregnant woman is standing for her turn, infact the whole female staff misbehaved with pregnant women, either install camera here or send somebody as fake patient then only you'll realise how poor pregnant women are suffering why they are so helpless... Why they prefer road instead of government hospital.

Uske baad usne mere sath ladies thi too usko or muzhe gali galoj kiya or usne mere sath hatta phai bhi ki or voo kha raha tha ki usme aag laga dunga.

Doctor sahi se baat nhi karte chela ke bolte h or unke samne jao toh bolte h ki samne nhi bethna dur jakr betho ye to koi baat karne ka tarika nhi hota. I have stone in my gall blader and i operated it in safdarjan hospital on june 19. After operation i got pain in abdomen i complained to doctor many times but doctors are not talking any actions and discharge me on june 20, just after day of operation. After few days, my abdomen pain increase, and i came to safdarjan hospital again at emergency ward but they again not take any actions and ask me to go home but my abdomen pain increase day by day and i go to safdarjan several times but doctors are not talking any actions.
At last i have to go another hospital (Bhagat chandra hospital) they admired me after some test my consultant doctor told me you have acitis, infection and some collection in abdomen. They admitted me and treat me for 10days. But till now the problem is not gone i am suffering from this problem from last3 months. This all because safdarjan hospital doctors operated me with infected instrument. I am not cure till now. My 1 lakh 50 thousand rupees is spend but till now i am not cure. I don't have enough money for treatment in today's (26th, august 2019) ultrasound report i have again develop water in abdomen and 1cc hetrotopic collection. I don't know what to do... For my this problem safdarjan hospital doctors are responsible because they use infected instrument and after telling my problem they are not taking any action just leave me and ask to go home... I am her son writing this...

I request to hod of safdarjan hospital please don't play with patients life if you can't do treatment well please tell the patient.

I visited safdurjung for d secnd tym nd m 9 month pregnant first i have to wait for 1 hours standing in a que for my card then i waited outside the doctor' chamber for another 1 nd half hour standing in a line then doctor called me inside the chamber n told me that my baby is not at all moving in the womb neither the heartbeat of the fetus is audible then she told me at 11 am to wait till 2 pm in emergency labour room nd also told me that they have to admit me for d operation immediately so i waited thr in labour room alone till 2 pm becz my husband was not allowed inside the building of labour so i was alone n worried for my child n for my health but no doctor came to me so i asked one of d doctr to check the heartbeat of my child so she told me to lie down on the checkup table so i did that nd for more than 15 min i was thr waiting for that doctor but she has gone then i get up n ask another doctor so she told me very rudely ki kya chahea tumhe khadi ho yha pe jao bahar khadi ho or wait kro jb tym hoga checkup hojaega... Ab 3 bj chuke the per koi checkup krne k lea taeyr nhi tha i called my husband but unko building me entry nhi di i was alone n very much frustrated now then i saw a group of 5 doctors inside that checkup room n i told them that they are very irresponsible so they told me ki ' kya chahti ho puri duniya ko chorke tumhra he ilaj karu kya, yha itne doctors nhi hai ki sbko dekh ske or tum aj dusri bar ayi ho islea hmlog ki zimmedari nhi ho'... These words just broke my heart per maine btaya ki nine months se mai safdurjung k he despensry me ilaj krwa ri hu but wo docter ko koi fark nhi pda then finally 3.15 bje mera checkup kea or kaha ki ye machine theek nhi btata ki tumhra bachcha theek h ya nhi to jao ultrasound krwa lo to maine kaha ki aplog pehle he bta deti to mai 11 bje he ultrasound krwa leti to doctor ne kaha tumhre parche pe likha hua h per maine kaha ki doctor ki writing smjh nhi ati or maine specially pucha tha us doctor se but usne 11 bje kaha tha frustrate hoke ki smjh nhi ata bs ward 9 me jao 2 bje tak wait kro mai aungi fir btaungi... Itne bade hospital me esi harkat boht afsos hua un ghamandi lady doctors ko dekh k jinko apne ghamand or irresponsibility k elawa kisi patient ki jaan ki koi fikr nhi or agar meri is complain ki koi sunvayi nhi hui to mai cm tak jaungi dr k nam reports n sbkuch lekar

Sir i am from jhansi. Mere papa heart ke patient h. Unka treatment safdarjang hospital e chal rha. Unki angiography 6/06/19 me hui. Ab mjhe unka operations krbana h to me report lene aaya to yha ka staff 3 din se mujhe chakkar lgba rha jb bhi me report lene aata to khte aaj ye din h aaj nii milegi report. Unhone roj 2 bje k bad bulate or unka staff jb tk chala jata or report bhi nii de rhe ye log ab aap plz meri help kijiye bcoz mere papa k heart me 3 block h sir plzzzz report dila dijiye mujhe

There are mannerless nurse and training doctors.
They misuses the patient's condition.
They are doing so much experiment with the patient for their training.
Once doctor allow me to discharge from hospital they dont allow me to go home then I ask them many then they discharge me but write the word LAMA on my discharge slip after consulting with doctor who they are to mention it.
They always uses abusive language to patient and dont resolve any queries of patient.
They have no any way to talk with patients and their relatives who comes to see patient.

Please they need a good training very badly.

please trained them before allow them to play with the patient's life

Is hospital forad tarike se bharti ho rahi h opd department me data entry operater ki post ke liye graduation chaiye typing 40 wpm chaiye but yaha bahut se candidate 12 pass h bas opd me masti karte h bate karte girls boys enjoy krte h but public ki kisi ko fikar nhi. Ispe action lena chaiye yaha ke director ko isme ander ke aur bhi log mile huye h so iski enquairy honi chaiye

My child is in burn icu ward no 22 .there is every nurse and every security person's behavior is very bad. For any kind of service related to pacent we have to call many time but there is no response from nurse she is sleeping in night and very rude behavior.they think like we are not human beings .they using abusing language to us .
