My child is in burn icu ward no 22 .there is every nurse and every security person's behavior is very bad. For any kind of service related to pacent we have to call many time but there is no response from nurse she is sleeping in night and very rude behavior.they think like we are not human beings .they using abusing language to us .

My jijaji having name deepak garg is admitted in medicine ward and he is bleeding continuous for past 3 days but doctor's are not treating him and suggesting (Forcing) his wife renu garg to shift him in to private hospital and also telling her if you want treatment then give me 10000rs. If organization will not take any serious action against this complain then i will move towards health minister and media as i am also employee of media organisation.

Today i visit vmmc s hospital no cleaning washroom condition very poor i visit 3 floor for going to washroom but i disappointed kya yahi h swach bharat abhiyan plus security guard they think they are boss this hospital no one talk to politly log isiliye private hosp jana chahte h or aap log bhi nai chahte ki log govt hosp use kare kyuki kaam karna hoga

I am a tb patient and have been asked for excissional biopsy of the cervical lymph node for mgit test but every time for the past 2 weeks i have been given a date for ot and every time they deny for some other date. The doctor suspects an mdr tb. Now my treatment is delayed due to this attitude of your doctors. Its a waste i know but i hoped to try

My father has been visiting in safdardung hospital since 4 month. But no one is looking my father very serioulsy.
He is suffering with pain very much. His problem is becoming complicated.
Docotor is not admitting my father, and taking money for mri scan and other scan for my father ailment.
Please take a stringent steps for safdarjung hospital staff.
They do not heed problem of any patient seriously.
They do not talk amicably with patient.
My father has a large thyroid in neck, but doctor is giving date, doctor is not taking my father treatment very well.
Please take a action against safdarjung hospital staff.

On 19th Feb my wife was in OT when a Wardboy sexually exploits her as we told to one of the senior doctors also. Please look into this, few more ladies said the same. If not taken any action I will take to police & Mahila ayog. This type of issues at hospital is serious concern. Don't know why male wardboy is taken.

Medicine not provide in hospital doctor write and speak out side medical store take self rupees spend in costly medicine take.
But i government hospital use in bimari free seva honi chaiye me kyu bahar se medicine lu. Me jab paise spend karuga to private me achee se karuga.

Jab government hospital me medicine nhi to bahar ki dawai kyu likhte h.

Asked for a stracher,,, but the person on duty said first deposited your mobile phone on behalf of that i will give u a stracher. I complaint about it to the doctor on duty and also advised them you should take money instead of phone but suddenly all doctors on duty started shouting and told we are not the concern person and also the call guard and told throw them out. They treat people very badly because of it... Its a government hospital

Bloody system. Why a person has to take a separate receipt or token forevery department? If somebody is coming to hospital, he is already in trauma but following your stupid system of token for every department for which registration closes at 11:30 am. I don't understand why bthe registration after 11:30. If pm modi have to come for any treatment and he gets late, do you guys have guts to ask him to get the registration done tomorrow then only he will get treatment. Bloody hospital system and old system. Yha bhi paise dene padte h kya babu ko department me enter krne ke liye. Bta do aisa agar h to.

Yesterday i visited in safdarjung hospital with my wife she is sufring from likoriya... Last 2 or 3 year. First of all when i entered in hospital.. I saw huge crowd... After that. I stand in line... My no come in second session... I said thanks to god.. And went doctor's room (169).. With hope... One lady doctor siting on room.. My wife told all the problem to her.. But what she replied... I never expected... She said. Ki yesa hi hota.. Kya tera pati tere sath nahi sota hai kya... Isme dard hota hai... Tughe sahna padega.. Kafi request ke baad usne medicine likhi... Bhi to ek slip pe... Plz...,.. Hum itni labi line me apne baccho ko ghar me chod ke aate hai... Apni problem lekar... Mam... Aapp log is tarike se to baat mat karo...

I beg to say that one of lady doctor (Doctor not mentioning her name) on dated 23 august 2018. She misbehaving with my mother and sister. She also used wrong words for the patient like, if patient not maintained suger level then unko kuch ho jayega or hum responsibility nahi lete es sab ki.
Bahot time se doctor aise behave karti hai jo sugar patients ko dhekte hai. Specially lady doctors. Today dr. Hold my sister hand very badly. Patient is not very rich thats why they came here other wise we hav many hospitals.
One of my friend was working in your safdarjung as a senior doctor in emergency dept. He never done this with the patient.
Aap logo ko govenment hume polite tareeke se treat krne k paise deti hai. Daatne k liye nahi.
Is this the way you treat patient. Govt hostipals humare liye hai to kya aise treat kroge aap log.
I want justice against this happened. Other wise i will take legal action.

In safdarjang new Emergency has no management, their are doctors who don't know how to talk with patients, they not talk properly with patients, and their is an Minor OT where they are talking around 3 hrs for each patient, so my question with their management they know what is the meaning of emergency, their are many patients whose blooding in their hand and leg but they are waiting around 3_4 hours if in these situation they are died for the lost of blood who is responsible for these. In these kind of management are worst who is manage these new safdarjang Emergency are the worst person.

I am writing this letter to inform you that outside the safdarjung hospital their are lots o[censored]notharised thellas are installed for selling chole bhature, bread pakoda etc due to these sellers whole service road is blocked which causes difficulty to casulties and public for crossing that area for making our self comfortable lots of bikers will take their vehicle on wrong side of main road which causes traffic issue

I also like to show pics of that area but am unable to upload pic on this letter but if you visit gate no. 4, 5 and 6 you can realise that how much public is suffering this, only one public toilet is here which is chargable but not properly maintained also these seller spreding lots of garbage on service road
My request is to kindly pls take some action on this issue because safdarjung hospital has its good name in servicing thousands of casualities everyday

My mother is having gall bladder stones. During the check ups it was found that she is also dealing with hypertension and so her medicines to control that was started.in the month of march she was given her operation date that was 29 may 2018 and at this time also her bp was high but the doctors said that she can be operated with that bp. She was termed fit for the operation. She was assured that if the bp doesn't get controlled, they will control it when she will be admitted in the hospital before the operation.
On 27 may 2018, 2 days before the operation she was admitted in the hospital. Technically doctors should have at least checked her bp once as it would create problem in the operation. Unfortunately my mother was kept in the ward for two days and no one came in there to see her once. When she told thr doctor present there to check her bp, she was refused saying that they don't have the orders. They checked her bp in the noon time and it came out to be high than normal. Her operation date was cancelled.
Now the question is why was she admitted if the doctors were least bothered about her problem. And when she told the doctor about it, why was she ignored.
It is the responsibility of the doctor to listen to their patient. Why was she ignored?
And now they want her ti repeat the whole procedure to get a nee date. Why?

Today i book an appointment in eye department. After doctor checking my eyes he suggest me to take another date for reflac tions checking. Though reflactions checking is necessary for knowing power of spectacles the date given is 30.05.208. Instead of giving satisfaction to patient doctor's taking time so that patient may go to private hospital. Though there is not so many patients in eye department doctor's may check reflections by today itself.
Time demands change in attitude of doctors so patient not suffer in governments hospital

My mom admitted h block ward no 12.. Vaha ka washroom dhekne layak tha mere pass video bhi hai washroom ke washbasin me kide peda ho rakhe hai koi sunne valla nahi koi safai nahi..

Per koi sunne valla nahi kisko sample dena hai vo hai he nahi kissi say bolo doc ya kissi say bhi bolo to bolte hai room no 503 ke bahar jo table hai vaha rakh ke chale jao.. Who responsible 4 this... Ki bahar rakho or chale jao by chance miss place ho jaye

My mom cardiology operation successful done 4 days back. Doctors said now we will discharge but iam moving here and there but no one listening.
Staffs are so rude like policeman and we did crime after coming here in safdarjung hospital. They treating us like slave.
It is perfect that i will say this safdarjung hospital is one way (Like underworld). Where will get trouble to enter but can't come out.
I have paid huge money in operation and medicine. Iam not a rich person. Sisters are only to give injection and medicine as prefer my doctors. No any help. It totally shows difference between sarkari and private. We dont have much money private. Its totally danger to come in government hospital. Pls discharge i will go somewhere else if problem persist again. But i won't come to this hospital again. I can't keep my mom life in danger any more. Pls help help help.

Maa aur baccha dono thik hi, lekin doctor cutti ni de raha hi, karan batata hi, nasbandi ka report ni aya hi, sat hi ki vi doctors thik se batata ni hi. Mi kafi paresan hu, labour room 2 me 4 no ward me mera wife varti hi, wife ka nam lata dutta hi aur mera nam shambhu dutta hi. Mughe ward me jane ni diya jha raha hi, mere pass ki vi ladies ni hi. Mai 2/2/2018 ko Subhay se line mai khada ho kar apne number ka wait kiya humne dr Pawan Vasudeva ko dikhaya. He is very humble and polite. Then unhone Mujhay ward number 31 m bhej diya ultrasound ke liye.
Humne waha ultrasound krwa ke aaye.
Ek Ladka jis ka naam Vishal tha vo VAha manage kr raha tha vo sab k documents rakh raha tha or sab ko naam se bula ke doctor k pass dikha raha tha. Mene apne document usse diye usne apne pada rakh liye
M bhar wait krta raha then dr Pawan Vasudeva chale jaye un k sath vo Ladka bhi Jane laga mene uss ladke se poocha ki mere document kaha rakhe hai to usne bola ki Dr Pankaj ko de diye h vo aap ko bula lenge. Mene kaha ok or m bhar wait krta raha. Phr 1 hr wait krne k baad under se koi nhi bulane Aaya to m under Gaya. To dr Pankaj ek patent ko Dekh rahe the mene beech m unse poocha to unhone seedha mana kr diya ki nhi h. Mujhay laga ki m beech mai pooch raha hn to shyad iss liye bola. To mene wait kiya tab tak patient ko vo Dekh le. Jab unhone usse Dekh liya to mene again unse poocha to unka gussa foot Gaya vo Mujh pe gusse se bole ki phele m sab patient ko dekhunga then uske baad aake poochna ki report hai ya nhi. Mene bola ki Sir aap ye to Dekh lo aap k pass hai ya nhi to vo Mujhay bouncer or security ki dhamki dene lage. Mene Bade pyaar se unko bola ki aap phele check to kr lo par unka gussa to Asman p tha. Mene kaha theek h m aap ki complaint krne ja raha hn to bolte h jaha Jana h jao I don’t care. Mene phr unki complaints lekar senior k pass Gaya unka bhi normal Sa behaviour tha ki aap urology department m ja kar dusra banva lo.
Yaha marzi doctor ko galti k Karan Yaha se waha chakar p chakar kaat ta rahe.
Bcoz inke Uppar to kuch hona hai.
