I just want to tell you that on 25th january 2018 (Thursday) my mother's abdomen and chest ct scan was done, then dr. Told us to come after 4 days to take report but on 30th jan 2018 i got call[protected] from dr. He asked that did your mother ever get the operation of the gallbladder i said no, then next day i call on the same number and asked that when can i collect the report a man replied that you can collect on thursday (1. Feb.2018).

My mom reached today (02. Feb.2018) at 10:10 am for collect it at counter no.17 but the man said there is no report of yours, then my mom get back to the ct scan room and asked to dr. For the report he said that a dr. Is on leave so come tomorrow to get the report.

I am very afraid about the report because my mom is suffering from uterine fibroid and rheumatoid arthritis. My mother's whole body is swollen and she has very less blood in the body due to heavy flow of bleeding.

I am not complaining, my main concern to write it that please let me confirm exactly when can i collect the report because she cannot up down daily as she is not fit and there is nobody in the home to come with us.

This is my humble request, i hope you will understand my problem.

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं पवन सेजवाल पु० श्री देवेंद्र सेजवाल स्थानीय निवासी 211 हुमायूंपुर सफदरजंग एन्क्लेव नई दिल्ली 29।आज दिनाक 22 अक्टूबर 2017 सुबह 12: 02 पर सफदरजंग अस्पताल की आपातकालीन में अपनी बहन को लेकर अपनी माँ के साथ गया था। वहां पहुचने के बाद 12: 48 तक किसी चिकित्सक ने मेरी बहन को नही देखा।जिस चिकित्सक के पास हम दिखने लगे थे वो बार बार अपनी कुर्सी से उठ जाता तोह कभी हमारे आये बाद लोगो को देखता और कभी कोई और दिखाने आता तोह उसका परचा पकड़ लेता और उसकी बीमारी निरक्षण में लग जाता।मेरी बहन को 102.6० फाह० बुखार था।और चिकित्सक को 2 बार बताया गया।तभी एक महिला पीछे ऐ रोति हुयी निकली तोह एक महिला चिकित्सक जो की खाली खड़ी हड्डी चिकित्सक से वार्तालाप कर रही थी उन्होंने कहा कि मरीज़ भी कहा कहा से आजाते है पता नही।इस पर मेरी माँ ने कहा कि मैडम डॉक्टर भी कम नही है। तोह महिला चिकित्सक ने कहा कि क्या हुआ? मेरी माँ ने कहा कि मेरी बेटी को बुखार हुआ है और बहुत तेज़ है और डॉक्टर साहब बार बार पता नही कहा चले जाते है?और तभी महिला चिकित्सक मेरी माँ पर भड़क पड़ी की आपको पता है कि डॉक्टर कहा गये है? मेरी माँ जवाब था नही।तभी महिला चिकित्सक ने कहा कि एक मरीज़ की सास थमने वाली है उसे देखने गए है आपकी बेटी को बुखार ह साँसे नही रुक रही इसकी।इससे ज़्यादा इमरजेंसी उसे है।
मैं भी जानता हूं कि चिकित्सक काफी अच्छे से अपनी ड्यूटी करते है।लेकिन 46 मिनटो में क्या उन्हें 2 मिनट भी नही निकले मेरीबेहेन के लिए? दूसरा सवाल की अगर हमें पता होता की बुखार इमरजेंसी नही है वो भी 102० फाह० तोह हमारी क्या ख़ुशी थी जो हम आने मरीज़ को यह लाये? तीसरा सवाल क्या मैं अपनी बेहेन की सास थमने का इंतज़ार करता अपने घर पर की जब साँस थमेगी तभी अस्पताल लेकर जाऊ? चौथा सवाल क्या किसी मरीज़ की आपातकालीन में लाने के लिए साँसों का थमना ज़रूरी है?? और इन 46 मिनट में मेरी बेहेन को देखना तोह दूर पर्चा भी नही बनाया। और कहा कि इतनी जल्दी है तोह प्राइवेट में दिखा लो और मेरी माँ को कहा चलो जाओ यहाँ से। मैं मानता हूं कि चिकित्सक खाली नही रहते पर इस तरह का दुर्व्यवहार करने को किसने कहा? अब आप ही बताइए क्या मेरे द्वारा चिकित्सको को दिए गए 46 मिनट कीमती नही थे?? आपसे विनती है कि मेरे द्वारा दी गयी शिकायत पैर गोर कीजिये और आपने उन चिकित्सको के खिलाफ क्या करवाई की है उसकी एक रिपोर्ट मुझे मेरे ईमेल पते पैर भेजे।

Muje wednesday bulagya tha pr muje pta nahi tha pr meri tabiyat thik na lgne se m monday ko chla gya pr kisi dr. Nahi dekha balki rough behaviour dikha k muje bhga diya

Wednesday ko m fir 250 km dur se aaya mera no. Aaya mere sath 3 aur patient the ek ki halat jyada gambhir thi toh uski burn m se smell aa rhi toh wo bola bhagao se yha se dr. Ji toh dekhne bhi nahi aaye balki fan k niche baith k apne dosto se majak kr rhe the
Bhaiya ek bar dekh toh lo abe paper pe likhna aasan h abe sarkar ki taraf se agar kuch salary lete ho toh km km se uska 10% toh patient k liye use kr lo
Na toh kisi compounder ko bolne ki tamiz na i patient ki halat samjte..
Sala chae ko kitni bhi taklif m ho inhe toh such pucho toh tym pura krna h.

Bhai agar kuch sharam ho ya thodi si bhi imandari bachi ho toh bhai ispe gaur jarur krna wrna kisi patient se ek bar puch k i dekh lo kaisa feedback h thumara

Dear sir/madam,

In the safdarjung hospital public are coming to check up in opd when they are suffering from deceased and govt provides these right to all deceased peoples but there is much more problems to people for testing registration timing from departments likes blood, urine, x - ray etc because multiple doctors from multiple deceased departments are looking patients mostly at 13:00 o'clock and testing registration counter is only one available for all but testing registration departments are closed monday to friday 8:30am to 11:30am and saturday 8:30am to 10:30am but within the period of registration time these staffs are taking 3 to 4 times break for wash room, tea, personal work etc. Now public are facing much more problems for these unusual break and short period of time for registration for testing within one day work going to three and four days because public have short period of time for registration and counters are closed. Public are not doing his/her testing one day never completing three to four days. Even we are putting our problems with cmo officer, they told here is our rule and our time table, we are not looking your problem. If you have more problems then you will go for private hospital. So we are humble request with you please kindly forward our concern issue to concern departments for looking issue asap and increased testing registration timing for public convenience with painful life from hospital staff mis behaviour if any action is applicable against these staffs please apply.

I am very sorry to say that there is no humanity remains in gynae department in this hospital. My 2nd child is born in this hospital on 21st august. As i know since 1984 safdarjung is best to handle delivery cases in delhi and here we can see most of the delivery is normal. But i got a very unpleasant experience from this hospital. When i admit my wife the nurse who take her to labour room, she just demanded "chai paani" from me, after that when my child born a nurse cames and demanded "chai paani" i give her some amount but she says " it's not enough we are seven give me more otherwise i will not clean your baby properly. Then labour room's guard comes and he demand "bakshish" then the guard of main enterance of gyane department demanded money from me and then again things are started when shift changed. Due to my nature against corruption i didn't give earlier then all the staff started neglect my child cure and she become a victim of jondish a little baby pay the cost of corruption. I just take my baby to kasturba hospital where she just being well in one day. It's shake my all superstitions belief for this hospital. I think most of the nurses income in gyane department is more than rs. 15000/- except their salary.in a well recognized central govt's hospital i had to pay rs. 2, 000/- for my wife's delivery not for her medicine but for bribe not intentionally but forcefully to get a little cure from your devil nurses and staff for our dear ones.in a single sentence " # are much more better than the nurses and staff of gyane department of safdarjung hospital."

I went to safdarjang hospital with my friend in burn casualty for treatment. I was waiting at corridor area with my friend's mom as there was heavy raining outside.
One hospital staff person mr. Anil came to me and aggressively said me to get out from the corridor. I just said that " sir there is heavy rain outside so how can i wait there please allow us to wait here till the time rain stops. He agrresively pushed me and abused me and call the bouncers like we are criminals. I request you to all the senior doctors to please take strict action against this employee so that he will not repeat this kind of behaviour with other people.

Mere pitaji ka 14/04/2017 ko moring me 10:30 me left hand ke hath ka angutha pura kat gya tha jise lekar me safdarjang hospital me gya, hospital ke ortho department ne usme taar lagai anguthe ki haddi ko jodne ke liye jise lagane me unhe 5 ghante se jyada ka samay lag gaya kyoki pehle unhe apne staff doctor ka birthday manana jaruri tha uske baad marijo ko attend karna jauri samjha.
Iske ke alawa surgery department ne to surgery karne se hi mana kar diya ye kehte huye ki raat me hamare pash surgery karne me jo durbin ka prayog hota hai vah hamare pash uplabdh nahi hoti hai sirf day time me hi availabale hoti hai.

Accident kya sir day me hi hote hai raat me agar kishi ka accident ho jaye aur ushe surgery ki jarurat pade to kya subah hone tak intzar karna padega?

In veparwah-laparwah doctors ki vajah se mere pitaji ka anghuta (Thumb) joint nahi ho paya aur vo bekar ho gya.

In doctors ke uper kya action liya jayga.

Today (20/5/05/2017), I came here for my wife's ruteen check up, she is pregnant with 38 weeks, and we found that, in 4 cabin, 2 doctor is not available, after concern raised, guard said doctor will not come today, for this reason there is 100 of people is suffering out there, don't know why they are absent, maybe they have some genuine reson, but if they are absent then some body has to be present to take care and help others.

This camplaint is only for making awareness in people, who not care such important things.

Respected Sir, My father in Law Mr Naresh Kumar Resident at Shivaji Nagar Narnaul Haryana accident by a truck on 09.01.2017. and my mother in law is blind. my father in law passed away on 24.03.2017 at Safdarjang hospital Delhi due to strike of doctors, and hospital not giving any document of treatment. because i want to know the reason of death and hospital not support for any documents. only slip for death certificate giving by hospital. we have tired to request for documents of treatment but staff not giving any response. for death certificate MCD officer says contact to hospital and hospital says contact to mcd office. and without death certificate our police case pending and whole family is helpless without any income source kindly look into matter and please process our documents of treatment because case in MLC and hospital treat as NMLC. your sincerly Jitender Aggarwal

My relative is in Safdarjung Hospital and the person is on ventilator.The doctors have recommonded 2 machines so that the patient can be removed from ventilator and shifted to those machines, The doctor is not willing to tell the name of the machines and asking for money. Doctors are saying that they have to do whatever they say and if they want they can take the patient. The doctor's name is J.C.Suri.
Please take stern action against this doctor

Mera naam manoj hai or main dakshin puri main rehta hoon meri shikayat yeh hai ki[protected] ko meri wife ko shaam 5 baje ke karib labour pain hua jiske karan usko safdarjung hospital le jaaya gaya wahan pahunchte hi wahan labour room ke staff ne blood ki demand ki toh gharwalon ne keh diya ki blood mil jayega but pehle mariz ka check up toh kar lo toh phir meri wife ko unki team ander lekar gayi wahan jo pehle se ek lady doctor thi unhone...

This is regarding the bus complaint of route no.569, 568, Mangolpuri to safderjung terminal. There are few DTC buses in this route. Mainly in the office time like 8:00 am to 9:00 am in the morning & 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the evening.
Sir I want to know why dtc are failed for arrange the buses in this route no 569, 568 ? I want to ask to higher authority that if they think there are no passenger in this route then take a survey of this route from mangolpuri to safderjung hospital bus are many time kharab in stop . other dtc bus are not stop or not get the pesenger . today(10.6.09) i wate for bus from 7:50am on mangolpuri stand but no 568 bus come to mangolpuri stop then one 569 come at mangolpuri stop . this kharab at maharaja agarsen stop .to much time wast for wate for other bus. but bus is not com . so i take bus for panjabi bagh, then sec 16 to hayat or naharu place bus . these bus condakter give me again ticket . then ticket for safderjang hospital . please tell me how is responsible for time & many loss . i requst to you please cheak all dtc bus before bus start . bus coming on stop at proper time . last but not list please start bus from budh vihar to safderjang more also. . If I am saying wrong please take immediate survey to this route. So, I am requesting to higher authorities to take some appropriate action regarding this matter. I will be thankful to them and never forgot this kindness whole life. KHARAB BUS NO 569 ROHINI DEPO TINME 8:25 AT MANGOLPURI STOP.
