Vodafone Idea — Caller tunes activated without my permission

Without activating caller tune from my side
Vodafone idea set caller tune automatically,
Suddenly I got message that "Hi! We have received & are processing your request for service Callertune Selection. Just sit back & relax, you will receive a confirmation within 2 hours".
They charged me Rs 33/-
This is second time happened for me
They are cheaters
