Vodafone Idea — Deducting money without my consent

Hi,

Vodafone idea deducted 48 rupees with this description DNLD-
WWAP_DLS0048_PPU_KIN01467053 on 20/11/2020.

I have not downloaded anything neither given vi any consent for the deduction.

When I contacted their customer care they could not answer me why this has been deducted.
