Vodafone Idea — Detecting the balance from the VI account | |||
Hi sir, I am Neethu(Mobile Number +91 [protected]), currently residing in Saudi Arabia.I am having VI connection(earlier its IDEA) from India with a connection period of more than 10 years.Since i have used this number for all my official purpose in India .I am manning this account my paying the minimum amount in the form of rent(Rs 49 pack) like all other gulf people used to do. Now a days i came to know that unknowingly my amount is getting detected .By checking i am not opted for any value added service but its showing 'FUN PORTAL' in my list. when i messaged to the customer care service .They said no VAS in this particular connection.
