On 13th March 2020 I had recharged my Idea number [protected] for ₹399 (a coupon of ₹50 was used transaction amount ₹349). The transaction was done using the official website of idea i.e. www.ideacellular.com through internet banking. Due to some technical problem the transaction was not successful but the amount of transaction was debited from account.10 days have passed but no refund has been made to my account, I have also talked to customer care but no satisfactory answer was provided kindly refund the amount as soon as possible
