Vodafone Idea Ltd — Recharge not credited | |||
Sir, I recharged Vodafone account with 12 on 14th September 2020. I have attached screen shots of confirmation received from Vodafone even bank debit. But Vodafone is denying the recharge. I recharged for SMS. But it is not activated. This is not the first time. I lost 40 ruppees earlier also. Vodafone is eating away the money. I attached email screen shot of earlier mail from Vodafone confirming 40 ruppees recharge.can you do some thing?
