But he has never requested for this pack and never touched any link of saying of the same.

in youricicibank account by neft. Your acconts department have not yet accounted the same properly in our bill amount. Our nine mobile phone connectins have no outgoing calls. The improper nine phone connections are the same shown in customer id74362793. Please do the needful.

Sir,
I recharged Vodafone account with 12 on 14th September 2020. I have attached screen shots of confirmation received from Vodafone even bank debit. But Vodafone is denying the recharge. I recharged for SMS. But it is not activated. This is not the first time. I lost 40 ruppees earlier also. Vodafone is eating away the money. I attached email screen shot of earlier mail from Vodafone confirming 40 ruppees recharge.can you do some thing? I'm losing my money.The email address is [protected]@vodafoneodea.com. not Vodafone Essar.

balance deducted without my consent
My name is rajan tripathi, mobile no is [protected]. I want to complaint about deduction of 49 rs from my main account on 22 may 2020. It was deducted without my consent, it was a bad surprise for me. I was out of my home and mobile was at home, when i returned and checked there was a deduction of rs 49 from main balance 878.48 and leaving balance 829.48. I called customer care at [protected] he assured me to resolve the complaint within 48hours. Vodafone customer care are trained to fool customer as when i checked appeal against complaint resolution, it tells that no service request found. Then why cc was telling that complaint has been registered. If it is registered then why it is not shown. It is total fraud from company

data not working and pathetic network coverage

Dear vodafone idea ltd,
I am seeing what mess you guys have created for all o[censored]s by merging two networks. Result is simple; less network and no data works anywhere whether you choose 3g/lte on vodafone or idea.
You guys can't save your subscribers no matter you provide them 2gb free data daily because they can't utilize it due to no data coverage.
You guys have become so shameless that you can't let your customers connect to your customer care directly so that complaints will be less. Let customer suffer and die in pain, that's you moto.

I had visited idea office located at ambedkar chowk near bus stand karnal, haryana
There was 2 girl staff i requested to her change my address in my idea post paid no [protected] but they totly denied and told me that we dont know process so we cant not change or take request.
She suggested me that i should port my postpaid no idea to airtel for more benefits and more data.

On feburary 8, 2019 i received a notice from lok adalat mentioning rs 218/- payment due towards vodafone. I contacted mr, atish mentioned in the notice and after discussion made a full payment and shared screenshot of payment with him. Attached is the notice from lok adalat, district legal service authority. It has been more than 3 months mr. Atish has not provided noc to me. Meanwhile i have been receiving messages that payment of rs 0.1...

refund payment not received

I had a long relationship with vodafone (Relationship number[protected] but for some reason, i have now ported out to other service provider. Before porting out, i had made advance payment in excess to vodafone for a smooth porting process.
Though i had received refund notification mail from team vodafone on 24th september 2018, that the refund cheque will be delivered in 10 working days but the same has not been delivered till date.
Details of the refund as communicated to me are:
Cheque number: 660962
Cheque amount: 992.67
Cheque date: 19-sept-2018
Drawn on: citi bank
The mail says 'this is system generated email, kindly do not reply' and the contact numbers given do not help take the grievance.
I have ever since visited nearby vodafone store three times to get the issue resolved but all in vain.
Can some please help me to resolve the issue.
