Vodafone Idea — Unfair trade practices by VI Retail Outlet regarding [protected]. | |||||
One of my prepaid connections [protected] which is required to be upgraded as per Vodafone-Idea recommendation from 3G sim to 4G sim, VI services were found to be greatly disappointing with the type of services and information rendered. On request of service provider, we visited the outlet in Sector - 7, near Ayodhya Chowk local bus stand, Rohini, Delhi to upgade 3G Sim to 4G sim Dt. 15/02/2021. I am most annoyed that your service providers befool and cheat their customers by giving them misleading and unclear information by adhering unfair and unjust trade practice which is totally unethical from a company having reputation like them. On adherence to various messages to upgrade the prepaid 3G sim to 4G for best Vodafone Idea services. The retail outlet ported our prepaid connection to postpaid connection, by keeping us dark and sharing misleading procedure o[censored]pgradation, which is totally unreasonable and sort of looting innocent customer like us who are associated with your company since long with multiple prepaid connections. Moreover, once all the processes were done, they asked us to pay Rs. 250/- in the name of activation charges in cash and that is too without receipt or acknowledgement. Our matter must be resolved at the top most priority and arrange to revert back our connection to prepaid with immediate effect with refund of Rs 250.00 and imposing certain amount of penalty say Rs10000.00 on above said outlet, otherwise we have no option left rather to surrender all your connection by porting to some other reputed brand and file complaint o[censored]nethical trade practice at right place and forum.
