I want to convert my no from postpaid to prepaid because prepaid have the same plan in lower price.
But now they want me to visit vodafone store which is not too near to my location.
Why it’s happening i can’t even understand when we want to port it in postpaid you send a executive but again for prepaid port they don’t have this option.

    I have been receiving calls from vodafone from last 5 months asking to pay bill for somebody i don't even know. The calls are annoying rude and causes mental harassment during my work and even rest. Since last month i have collected all incidents and reported to vodafone mails, they promise i wont receive any calls but till today i am being harassed by vodafone calling from different numbers.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My name is sudhir awasthi, my vodafone no. Is [protected].
      I have made a recharge for rs. 458 on 13.02.2018.
      While recharge it has been made two transactions for the same recharge of rs. 458. I have complaint on 13th, 14th, 15th and so on, but in spite of my complained they have not refunded my money till date.

      Now it is requested to look in to the matter, and resolve as soon as possible.

        I had done the recharge of rs.85 via paytm and got this message
        "rchrg of mrp rs 85 on 23/02/18 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 0.93, gst rs 12.97, accessfee rs 71.10. Is it fair that i get rs. 0 talktime for recharge of rs.85?
        This kind of service provided by vodafone, rather advertisement showing that fulltalk time is being given for rs 85, look into this matter.

          Dear sir, i have a vodafone postpaid connection, since past 4 days whenever i am trying to make a call, 9 out of 10 times i am getting a beep sound instead of normal ring. The other person receives the call but i am unable to hear anything. No issues though with incoming calls & internet services. All other sim cards are working properly in the handset. I have already lodged the complaint at vodafone customer care but no action yet. This is very irritating situation as it is my official number & my work is getting affected because of this.

            Hello sir, i'm levin, staying in kanyakumari district, tamil nadu. I've been using vodafone for more than a year and i love its services. But the only problem is that when i'm in my home there's no network coverage at all. Sometimes it shows only 1 or 2 points of coverage. But when i go to the first floor the network is normal and 4g data works fine. Is there any solution to this problem coz my room is in the ground floor and i use data a lot and also recharged for rs.347/- pack.

            I've complained so many times to vodafone directly through twitter. Even though they responded to my feedback, they didn't seem to care enough about it. That's why i'm complaining here now. So please try to solve the problem asap.

              Hi,

              I am ur grumpiest consumer..
              Vodaphone was offered me plan vodafone red shield of rs.499/-

              On 18 feb my handset is not working properly.. I was immediately contact to ur customer care excutive they informed for claim u have to contact nearest vodaphone store.. Today i went to ur store nd got pathetic service.. They dont register my claim and informed me to send mail on vodafone care. [protected]@vodafone.com

              Seriously!!! Its really hard work to serve service to customers?? Urs customer care agents and store representatives are not able to raise consumers claims?? They u guys hired them??? If they dont have writes!!

              Today i done recharge of rs.194 offer was free calls from local and std and 1gb 4g data, data validity 28 days... But i got balance amount of rs.161 and all calls are chargeable.. Seriously u guys are misguiding to customers.. Please refer screenshot of offer

              Was called ur excutive ms. Priya for same complaint and informed her to raise my complaint but she decline my case... Third class customer service provided by u...

              Now i want same offer or otherwise my whole amount in my respected wallet.. I am discontinuing ur service..

                I have received an offer letter from some people after paying 1450. After that they asked me to make the payment around 5700 for laptop security deposit. But i asked questions instead of making payment. After that they have sent me training letter. Presently i have offer letter and training letter from vodafone. I would like to know whether it is true or not. How do i validate? I am attaching my offer letter and traning letter with this attachments.

                  I filed the complain towards pathetic service given by vodafone.

                  We are having 10 nos of vodafone.in our office premises there is network issues are there, so we ask them to keep booster here. They agreed to send us booster. After submitting all the documents since 5 months i am waiting for booster. Whenever i call ms. Nisha patel our relationship manager she always says our engineer will come next day with booster, 5 months passed but no one is turn up. Totally waste of time to keep chasing. Vodafone people doesnt bother to give proper service to the customer. I really don't understand how come such a big company afford their employee spoiled their reputation.

                    They told me 40 gb per month but when i active the service showing 30 gb per month. Sales person name priya number [protected] i like your service but your sales person giving wrong commitment to customer.

                      I have been receiving all conflicting responses from vodafone regarding a plan change on[protected] and two other numbers in red together. So i contacted vodafone nodal and appellate via email more than a week back. There was no response. I followed it up around 3 times over email and also phone. They just do not bother to respond. Why do they have these email ids and details on their websites if they do not even have the courtesy to respond?

                        I have been coordinating with poornima shenoy from vodafone customer relations to cancel my connection and i have even sent a final mail with online transfer details as full and final settlement with vodafone relations (External) email id in cc but none bothered to revert or take action.
                        Now again iam getting reminders and if not resolved i have no option but to seek consumer court assistance of somebody's lethargy leading to mental harassment.

                            Hello my name is trinity i need some intelligent beings help please okay i brought a 30$ sim card and activated it online yesterday, it's the next day in the afternoon and it hasn't activated? I don't know if it's because i was transferring my previous phone number from telstra to my new vodafone sim card for my mobile? I can't contact vodafone or a help line as i have nothing to call from... Please help?

                              Its more than three weeks now i visited the main vodafone store, they made me pay extra 327 rupees over the bill amount, i was handed over pre paid sim three ago. Still my number is not converted to prepaid. Daily i call their cust care, they simply say by tomorrow we will activate your pre paid sim. And because of this i will end up paying next bill as well.

                              Any provider will not take more than 5 days to convert post paid to pre paid. But vodafone is taking more than three weeks still no resolution. When i asked cust care to escalate, they say you have to wait sir. My question is how many months i need to wait.

                                Many times i tried to port my vodafone number [[protected]], but every time i get "message not sent " from your side . even i have talked with customer care, n they said there is no problem from their side .so now this humble request to you Please resolve this issue and send MNP code. .

                                  "rchrg of mrp rs 25 on 22/02/18 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 1.19, gst rs 3.81, accessfee rs 20, new bal rs 0.01. Transid onr[protected].."
                                  Access fee of rs. 20???
                                  Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible!
                                  Why was additional amount of rs.20 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.1.19 as talktime for the recharge of rs.25 but the new balance still says 0.01..? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same

                                    I got phone call from vodafone for plan upgrade and paying 3499 for 1999 red plan there would be no rent for 1 year. I didnt approve and asked for mail. I got a mail with the same details and payment qr code and received a call that my plan is upgraded. I checked the app and it showed that plan is changed to 1999.

                                    I caller customer care to chk and they said that i have red plan 1999 with 3 months deviation on rent.
                                    I called the exceutive who gave me the plan reg the same, he said sir pls chk in 1 hour time i will get this sorted.

                                    I called 198 after 1 hour and talked to the executive on 6th feb ard 1230 pm.. And he confirmed to me that i have 12 months free rental.

                                    After the confirmation i amde the payment.

                                    But as soon as i made the payment got a call from backend team mr sudhanshu saying that we are checking on your request for plan details and find out its a fraud and no such scheme exists and we are changing ur plan back to prev one and u file fir to take money refund.

                                    I called the excetive again reg this and sorted clarity and asked for money refund, he said pls wait for some time and i will get this sorted.

                                    After a while i again receive a msg that the plan is chnaged to 1999 and this exceutive tells ne to trust him as nothing is wrong.

                                    I called customer care again and asked how is my plan being changed without my consent and ut knowledge if this is a fraud.

                                    Now its been more than 15 days that i have been following on this and no revert from either vodafone care or back end team.

                                    The exceutive no is als going switched off.

                                    I want clarity and help on this asap

                                      I am krishna kishore pisipati using mobile no [protected] with vodafone postpaid

                                      i have received upc code VA343672 valid till[protected] and applied for MNP with airtel prepaid on[protected] paying to vodafone advance bill of Rs250/- as i used to get postpiad vodafone bill of around Rs230/-..

                                      i have received sms from vodafone stating that my porting request has been rejected due to outstanding amount of Rs47- due on[protected].

                                      immediately i have cleared outstanding amount of Rs47/- and also paid advance amount of Rs50/-on[protected], then called customer care of vodafone and requested for help and they said they were sorry and escalated my number and advised me to apply of MNP again.which i have done with the same upc code VA343672 with airtel.

                                      As i checked my current bill showing still Rs47/- due on[protected], i again paid Rs100/- to vodafone on[protected] and called customer care, they said they will again escalate my number and the dues will be cleared off and i see that my account is cleared.
                                      Again i have received SMS the very next day[protected] that my porting request has been rejected due to outstanding due of Rs47/-.

                                      This is complete harassment of vodafone on me for stopping me to convert to another network.
                                      when i called the customer care of vodafone they said they cant get the billing details why Rs47/- outstanding is showing even i cleared off every time, and it is the back end team responsibility.

                                      i have paid a sum of 250+47+50+100 total of 447/- as advance bill even before my bill is generated and all my previous bills are clear time to time.

                                      please solve the issue and help me to port my number to another network.

                                        I ported my mobile no [protected] fron reliance to vodafone on 16 nov 17 with postpaid sim. My earlier connection was prepaid and i asked for a prepaid connection because i paid 3200 to airtel for saving my number in 2007 when my children played online games. Vodafone dealer assured me that the bill will be not beyond 500 as 299 + gst will be charged for 21 gb and calling free. Now vodafone billed rs 1160 for 16 november to 16 december and 17 december to january rs 1269. I am unable pay such fraud bill. I request for a redressal and number has been closed since 10 january 18.
