Vogo — Vog bike rental issuing me due payment for ride which was not taken by my friend who login in his from my account

My friend login my vogo account in his phone to take a ride he was tried to unlock the bike which was not happend due to glitch so he came back home after some time bike was showing unlocked after that I got a call from vogo he said to pay to continue ride which was not taken from my friend, so I login vogo app in my phone there it shows the ride was stopped and make the due payment for the ride which was not taken by my friend
